According to the tracking information, the delivery service marked your parcel as delivered to a pickup location. Unfortunately, if a package cannot be collected within the timeframe or technical issues occur with the pickup box, the carrier usually returns it to us. In such cases, we of course assist directly to make sure you don’t lose out. Our logistics team will reship your order as soon as we have received the returned package ✨
