I love the taste and wonder if I should take a tablespoon in the morning or at night?

I have been using your olive oil for a few months now. I feel great, and right after I drink it I feel an overall goodness..hard to explain, but true! I will continue to use it and down the road I will get back to you with more!

I've been adding it to many meals now…

I've been adding it to many meals now to enrich their flavor. I keep a bottle on my table when I eat, and I will often use it instead of other dressings or condiments. I also used it in recipes that previously I had used vegetable oil with, and now I can taste the difference by switching it to this olive oil. The quality is there. The taste is there.

i RECEIVED MY OLIVE OIL ALOT SOONER THAN EXPECTED, IT DOES HAVE A STRONGER TASTE, BUT THAT JUST MEANS ITS MORE POWERFUL. I PUT IT FOOD AFTER I COOK IT TO PRESERVE ALL THE GOOD NUTRIENTS.

I like the weight loss I have gotten. I am very routine on my eating and work out habits. Anything I try is on a control experiment. I had my best controlled wt after using the olive oil. So I continued it. And it still has showed the same results. So I will continue it and see what happens.

The extra virgin oil is delicious

The extra virgin oil is delicious. I am in my third bottle and I already bought 3 more. I use it to sprinkle my vegetables, fish and salads. I noticed I lose weight every time I use it. I already reach my weight loss goal and would like to maintain it. This product is excellent.

Personally I don't care for the taste…

Personally I don't care for the taste but I use it when cooking. I like the benefit of the polyphenols.

DO NOT BUY!

HORRID! the product made me ill, and after a whole bottle total restore I felt worse than I did before. And to top it off, they want to charge people $21.95 to CANCEL! If people are giving this crap a good review, they're either bots or paid reviewers. RUN, don't walk away from this snake oil salesman.

I was charged for an order and never received it

I was charged for an order I placed. When I complained they said they didn't know why but they charged my card anyway! These people will lie to you just to keep you quiet. By the looks of the reviews, it wouldn't do any good anyway, I just don't like giving the all that money and not getting anything? But, what's the difference.

It gives me a bit of a daily energy boost

I wasn't so sure at first about taking shots of oil each day. However, I cannot see myself not doing it each day. It gives me a bit of an energy boost and the feeling of good health each day!

Don’t really notice a difference

Don’t really notice a difference. Have been using it for a couple of months now and don’t notice a physical difference. The olive oil is pretty pricey so I only take a 1 1/2 tsp a day and usually in the morning fasting. I take it primarily for the large dose of polyphenols. But hoping I see or feel some sort of difference.

Two words (about the olive oil): Needs salt. A tiny bit of salt would cut the bitterness and bring out the delightful olive flavor.

Since 2024 I have used the oil and shared it with friends and family and Renewal by Anderson Windows My friends use it for cooking I just drink it by tbsp every night before sleeping

I love it ❤️ I drink a couple ounces in the morning. I can feel that it is working for me in my health. Helps my joints and bones etc. Thank you Dr Gundry for making all of the products. Please continue to do what you do for all people every where. We all need you!

Good daily habit

I believe that Olive oil daily is a good thing to do. I trust that Gundry Olive oil is a good quality. I do not like the taste. I add lemon or lime juice in the shot and am trying to take it every day. I just ordered 6 bottles. I am taking a few other products, so I can’t tell what specific benefit I get from it. I feel good and feel like I have good energy.

Allowing the Energy to Kick -in

I have just used the olive oil four times, and I drank in the morning. I just started using it at night, maybe there will be a bigger difference.... Mainly speaking of fall ,Memory and Focus. It's early and I am waiting.
