I have been a loyal customer of Dr. Gundry's supplements. Somehow I had two subscriptions. When I found out I ask to have one cancelled. Apparently they failed to cancell the one subcription I requested. It was even 24 hour after I found out of the error. When I called the next day they said it was to late to cancell. She then sent me a return authorization with no mailing receipt. I call the next day and was informed that they will not give me a return receipt and I was pay for the postage. I then informed her if I had to pay for the companies error ...I will stop all scriptions. The representative was fine with that statement. While I am out shipping money...they are out a loyal customer. I further informed her that I will write a review and inform Better Business Bureau. She was fine with that. There are plenty of companies that sell quaility product and I will move forward from there.
Do not trust the risk free claim. I ordered phyto collagen complex. It was not palatable. I tried drinking it a few times and it was awful. I contacted them 30 days out and was told I’d have to pay for shipping it back or I could settle for 20% refund. Not really risk free.

Doctor Gundry seems very credible in his ads. I have purchased his Olive Oil, Restore, and MCT powder. None of these products have been beneficial for me. They are expensive and a waste of money.

All it is is a vitamin B12 and Magnesium supplement. I could have bought the same thing at Walmart for less than half. They also made me watch that long drawn out video. Omg.

Was not happy with product, or taste of product. Did not realize I was on subscription and was notified of shipping second batch the same day it came out of bank account! I can return it (when it gets here), but have to pay out of pocket to do so! So, out of funds for who knows how long, more out of pocket to return - overall dissatisfaction.

His olive oil is extremely expensive for a tiny bottle. Returning to the California location seemed intentional as it is the most expensive place to ship to and a deterrent. I kept it. Unhappy.

I love knitting, sewing amd quilting. My fingers were getting stiff. It was getting more difficult to open jars. Since I have been taking photo collagen complex , I can do my hobbies and open jars so much easier. The product arrived promptly, and I have had no problems with the delivery logistics. The product quality is very good. I drink mine in the evening; mixed with some juice and coconut water makes a tasty beverage with dinner.

I can't speak to its "collagen-ness" because I combine it with 2 other kinds of collagen, some aminos, some electrolytes, and a few other things in my daily elixer (which I make even on camping trips where I don't include all the rest of my supplements).
