Difficult to say how effective the product, MCT Wellness, is as I have had it for only 1 month and purchased what I presumed was a 3 month supply. Today I was notified by my credit card company that a $129.44 charge is pending for an order I did not place. Come to find out that I am somehow on a recurring order plan of which I knew/know nothing of. I was trying out the product! Who would subscribe to something without even knowing it is effective as intended. Additionally, I originally ordered (04/22/26) what I presumed to be a 3 month supply to try it out, but lo and behold, it exactly 30 days from my order this Gundry outfit has billed me for another 3 month supply. Couldn't sign into my account due to some "problem". Speaking with the rep on the phone was completely unsatisfactory in that she refused to halt the shipment and was continually pushing product and terms and discounts; said I would be sent an RA once delivered. She also said I consented to the recurring plan when I made my purchase; extremely fine print I never saw nor was directly prompted to accept.
So, bottom line, I can't attest to the quality or effectiveness of the product but will most certainly not recommend it to anyone else based on unscrupulousness business practices.

Be very careful when you order from this website. I ordered olive oil and spent a whole lot of money. Instead of Olive oil I got some kind of pills. I called and instead of getting Olive oil again I got the same pills. When I called again they told me that I hadn't ordered Olive oil but I had ordered those pills. BS. They want me to send back the pills at my expense. I told them BS. I spent almost $150 for 3 bottles of Olive oil and I'll never see it. I told them that I was going to leave them the worst review they've ever had but they don't care.
If you're thinking of ordering from them I wouldn't do it. It's not worth the huge hassle.

Although I've been trusting in Gundry MD and his products, I've noticed deceiving and misleading, online, subscription terms. Their customers pay less for subscribing, but when they buy more than one month supply they're be charged monthly, by default.
Why would anyone need a 3 or 6 month supply every month? That's not being trustworthy, but manipulative instead. If not for their money back guarantee I would no longer rely on Gundry MD.
I was asked to call in my orders, instead of buying online, for the best results.
Gundry's ads are everywhere on the Internet and promise a quick fix... for example "eat these 3 superfoods with breakfast." Then after a half hour of self-promotion Gundry forgets to tell you the 3 superfoods and his video says you need to buy one or more of his concoctions. I tried them but didn't notice any difference. But stopping eating lots of tomatoes, peppers, and whole wheat did help. My bloating diminished greatly and my itchy skin stopped itching. So I think he is on to something about lectins.

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I used the product consistently for over 3 months and completed all three bottles because I genuinely wanted to give it a fair chance to work before making a judgment. Obviously, dietary changes can result in weight loss as can exercise changes. I wanted to see what this product could do by itself. I made no dietary or exercise changes during my 90 day trial of the product and during those 90 days missed taking the product only once. I did not do any sort of progress check until the entire supply had been used up. At the end of the 90 days, there was no change at all to my weight or measurements. Based on my results, I would say that this product was and is a complete waste of money.
