Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I used the product consistently for over 3 months and completed all three bottles because I genuinely wanted to give it a fair chance to work before making a judgment. While the scent was pleasant, I saw absolutely no improvement in the dark spots on my face. What makes this experience worse is that a refund was promised at the time of purchase, yet when I reached out after finishing the treatment, I was told the 90-day refund period had passed. Customers are encouraged to keep using the product long enough to see results, but then denied support once they do. For such an expensive product with strong claims behind it, I expected much better results and much better customer care. Unfortunately, this experience felt far more focused on making money than genuinely helping customers.
