Subscription scam
I have been using Gundry products which I have enjoyed. I attempted to use the subscription option, kept getting products every month. Even though I had ordered 90 day supplies. Attempted to cancel & was told I could return but would have to pay postage. This even though I had received an email to manage subscription & had changed. They continued to ship. Very disappointed in the service as someone who has been a loyal customer for years.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I placed my first order on Sat 25 July 2026. My order confirmation arrived with a whole different shipping address than the one i put on my order form. It's in a different state. There is apparently no way to contact these people - no phone number to call, their "live chat" is non-functional, and though i sent an email immediately when i received the confirmation, i have received no response from them. I have, however, been barraged with sales marketing crap. A fraction of those resources should have been put into quality control. Well, lesson learned but i do dislike being cheated.

So I found Dr Gundry olive oil, full of goodness. That might be so, but not once, anywhere did it mention the pungent smell or the retching inducing taste. In the adverts they just knock back a mouthful, which is impossible. I was a bodybuilder for years and I have drank some god awful stuff in the name of building muscle. But this stuff is impossible to take. The other thing is it’s not cheap for the small bottles you get. I have tried over months to take but you just cannot get past the smell or taste. Stay well away it’s vile.

Vital Reds: I found this product a few years ago and have since continued using it; I tastes pleasing and easy to mix in cold water with the shaker you provided me. I was convinced this would help me keep my wait under control while providing me natural energy and not disturb my sleep pattern.. all this is true! I use MCT wellness together with it in the shaker every morning to start my day. At 73 years of age I am doing better than most men my age. Thanks Doc, very good products.

This is one of the worst tasting oils I have ever experienced. Not only do I believe this, but I had my grown children try it and offered them the bottles that I had purchased and could not give them away. Polyphenols may be good for you, but they also need to be tolerable enough to swallow. All these folks on his website reviews that state it tastes good or amazing, that is simply not true. It is bitter, the smell is horrible and you cannot use it on your food, either because the odor and taste are that bad. That is all I have to say. You cannot benefit from it if you cannot even swallow it, and you also cannot cook with it. It's simply terrible. Wasted my money. Disappointed in the Doctor. This should be something that is stated up front, but then I guess that wouldn't be a selling point.

I called to complain that I did not request auto refill…..but since it is shipped AND CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT….I need to return product and THEN apply for a refund. I purchased everything Dr. Gundry said would help with weight loss, his olive oil, mct wellness, total restore, hydrogen water, etc. and changed my diet and exercise to include his recommendations for 6 months . . . and did NOT lose even 1 pound. Gundry MD are the worst vitamins company I've ever dealt with. Over the last 18 months I've had to file 8 complaints about their delivery partners abusing my parcels by tossing them over my 6 ½ foot locked fence and leaving parcels exposed to the elements. In that time, several bottles have been broken, or partially broken by the impact, resulting in more wasted time and waiting for replacement products to be (slowly) shipped. And when I complain, they just pass the buck to their delivery company claiming "We are not able to control how your local post office delivers your package. You would need to reach out to the carrier to file a complaint”. But Australia Post don't deliver their parcels - their appointed delivery partner does! And complaining to their (various) delivery partners has done nothing to change the pattern of abuse, as they just refer me back to Gundry - thus creating a circular argument. I noticed the Yelp reviews of that business are scathing (1.5 stars). I will never order from them again. They've caused me more wasted time and headaches than they're worth!

NO DELIVERY of product AFTER 6 WEEKS and ZERO RESPONSE to 2 queries on their support email! The order on their website is marked as COMPLETED, but I have received nothing. *UPDATE (2026/07/23): I received an email on 07/10/2026 from a person named Lilly at Gundry MD, after this review, that said - "I am very sorry for the trouble with your order. I have contacted my billing department, and they have confirmed for me that a system error caused this order to be refunded. With that being said, I am happy to provide you with the information to reorder!" Except that I absolutely did not receive a refund and I replied to state this. I received a reply on 07/14/2026 stating that a refund has now been processed. I received the refund in my account on 07/16/2026.

Over priced tried to cancel emailed last month and called. you can change how often the product comes but not cancel asked them to cancel last month they didn't now more product coming havent used the last two months. They finally answered my call and stopped the subscription to return costs about $25 so they gave me a partial refund of i think $25. I love the product just cant afford

I signed up for a ONE TIME delivery FOR A 90 day supply of the product, Gundry h2. They (a company called Augora) sent a confirmation email stating I signed up for a SUBSCRIPTION to ship every 30 days. This is a fraudulent site. I immediately emailed and told them to cancel the order. I also told them I am filing a complaint with TrustPilot, the BBB, the FCC and with PayPal. I then called their 800#, spoke with Lana, who informed me it is PayPal’s fault that my ONE TIME order was set up as a subscription and she can’t change what PayPal did. She agreed to send me a RA immediately by email, as I told her I would refuse the shipment when it arrives. I read the email and there was no RA. Then she told me the RA would not be emailed til the order ships. I told her to stop the shipment. She claimed she can’t stop it. I cancelled the subscription that Augora set up on PayPal. I am very doubtful I’ll receive the RA from this company. If I’m home when the order arrives I’ll refuse it. If not, I’ll pay to return it. I’ve requested a refund from PayPal.

Snake Oil Salesman
These commercials constantly interrupting videos are beyond frustrating, are 20 x longer than they need to be, and are essentially the display of a snake oil salesman who loves the sound of his own voice, which I find beyond irritating. Additionally, the products are a rip off. The ingredients may make sense, but there are so little of each that the product is useless unless you consume large amounts of it which, already overpriced, make them financially prohibitive. This man does nothing but prey on the public, especially the elderly who are ignorant and suddenly want a quick fix for a lifetime of neglect.
