I had a transaction with them and got my account suspended for further review. I tried to contact them but no response. I can't get a refund nor request to release the payment, its been days since I contacted them, got an automatic email saying they will get back to me within 1 business day.. still waiting

Great device to have if you are in small business without hefy maintenance charge
As a pop up vendor where at times, we have customers who prefers to pay by credit cards, having Hitpay is a saviour! It is so easy and convenient to use. The device is small and convenient to carry around and all you need is bluetooth to connect. And payout is also fast, usually within a week. I don't have to worry about losing sales due to no credit card payment available for customers. And also there is no monthly maintenance fee too.

With everything going digital, it was time to include credit card payments to our online ordering. Did some research and saw the good reviews with HitPay. Most importantly, I wanted to make sure that the portal was safe and secure for our clients as they input their confidential information. Onboarding was a breeze. Just submitted the requirements and a brand manager reached out to me a couple of days later. Adding HitPay to our website was also very easy. We had a minor hiccup at the checkout as there was error but our brand manager quickly informed IT and it was resolved within a day. Definitely recommend HitPay for Philippine merchants as it accepts all major credit cards and cashless payment systems like GCash.
