Overall still meet the expectation as a cashless provider
Overall met the cashless provider services. But most of the time after each update normally there will be bugs which cause disruptions to charge. Lastly it’s also seem that Alipay was removed from the payment option which was not a wise move.

Easy to use and able to create payment links as well.
Only suggestion I can give is to indicate the payment sender in the email receipts that we received. We have to login to Hitpay everytime to find out who is the payee.

Good customer service, payouts are quick and I don’t need a terminal, but it does not work in certain countries (probably due to some financial laws/systems eg alipay or kakaopay)

Switched from a different payment processing portal as I loved that I could create my own online shop on HitPay as well as send out payment links and invoices to my clients. Just waiting for them to give customers the ability to pay in a different currency in the online shop. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the portal. They respond quickly to queries too, which is great.

Payout is consistent and customer service is prompt whenever I have questions too. Would have preferred the range of services offered in different countries be segregated for better judgement as it may get confusing sometimes.

Easy to use and quick to set up with no set up costs. Customer service is good. However, there transactions that have been accidentally made, cancelled or refunded will still incur a transaction fee even if it is cancelled immediately. Refund process via Hitpay is very troublesome as you need to manually contact customer service to top up the Hitpay account to be able to issue a full refund to the customer.

For credit card payments, it is convenient to generate the payment links and send the relevant details to the clients to make the payments digitally. We have also received positive feedback for the use of this platform for their convenience.
