评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional product quality and overall performance, noting that the carbon frames and wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, beautiful, and durable. Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays, mentioning that shipping times occasionally took much longer than initially promised by the carrier. A few other people also felt that certain minor details like the included rim tape or freehub friction could use some quality improvements.

I purchased the ICAN Triaero Graro frame. Everything was easy, website choices and ease of use. The frame is of superb quality and comes with headset bearings, UDH hanger, Di2 seatpost battery holder. I fitted a Shimano GRX Di2 group set and all assembled with ease. The customer service was excellent and I must give a big thank you to Peggy. Shipping to the UK was tracked and took 10 days.

Great customer service so far! The support team was extremely helpful with my technical questions about the FL40 II wheels. Looking forward to the delivery!
I’ve used your G.I
I’ve used your G.I. 50 wheels on several my gravel bikes. Never had a problem with them lightweight and sturdy because I ride rough terrain.
great service and quality products
Great value for money
Whole experience is great. Contact, shipping, and product itself is a great value for money.
Flawless from buying to shipping
Highly recommended - (missing info about the bearing sizes)
Delivery was fine and the product seems very good and reasonable priced. Can't say anything about the longtime quality as I'm still waiting for other products to complete my restomod project on a 1990 Pinarello Asolo road bike. The only "negative" aspect is that I dont know which sizes are the bearings in the novatec hubs and if the are made of steel or if there are ceramic bearings inside. I sent them a request about this argument but haven't received any answer from ICAN Cycling to date.
This is my second pair of Ican wheels…
This is my second pair of Ican wheels and they are simply very good gravel wheels. I rode them on forest paths, course gravel roads, fine gravel roads and they are still perfectly true with the same spoke tension as when new.
Big plus in personalization
The customer service is very helpful and the personalization is a huge plus.

Fast shipping. High quality product!
Nothing short of amazing service
Nothing short of amazing service. I got a warning that delivery might be delayed because they were running out of stock but still got my rims sooner than expected. Product were well packed an delivered to the door. The rims themselves are incredibly lite and well build for the
AERO 50 II Disc DT240 EXP
I am glad to share my fantastic experience in buying the new wheels aero 50 II disc DT240. Customer service very kind and always present in supporting to suggest the best solutions. I would highlight the competence and proficiency of the customer service. Timing in delivery is absolutely above the expectations, very quick! The wheels are super, this is my very first upgrade of my bike: after some rides I confirm the top quality of the wheels. I have also mounted tubeless pirelli. The product gives you an extraordinary driving experience, and the combo with tubeless is absolutely to be recommanded. I have noticed a very fluid movement, forgetting most of the bump of the ground. Finally a 5 stars experience, many thanks to the Ican team!
