Good morning Kathy, Thank you for the feedback. Spotix and KickAssGrills are the same company. Once this order ships and we email you a shipping confirmation, we do not have the resources to watch every order to make sure that it delivers. We are sorry that this item was lost by the carrier, it is an unfortunate thing we deal with quite a bit in the shipping world. The only thing we can do is when we are made aware it did not deliver to the correct address is to act quickly and take care of our customer as soon as we can. Which is what we did, as soon as we were made aware that you had not received the item on 8/13, we took action and had a replacement sent out by our vendor and made sure it had shipped out and delivered within a week. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused, but we worked as quickly as we could to make sure you were taken care of and got a replacement item.
