Customer service is non existent when trying to email their dispute team. Had one initial response but when I asked further questions they have ignored every single one of the SEVEN emails I sent. Terrible.
Update 29.5.24 - amazing how Made In China got in touch within a few hours of my review asking for further info but couldn’t manage to respond to my seven emails. I’ll wait and see if they answer my questions this time.
Update 18.10.24 - initially responded to emails but then washed their hands of the issue and stopped answering my questions. Do not use this site.

Stay away from Hebei Vkesn Technology Technology Co., Ltd, and Hebei Kaibel Biotech Co., Ltd - they are same company, freaking scam. We paid the payment following the invoice but after receiving money they didn't send our order for 14 days and at the end they told that the price is risen so we should pay more!!! We dealed on qty and price /higher than our first invoice/ and at the end we received less products that we dealed. No any business ethic.

Supplier Ms Wendy is not answering my messages and calls and ignoring me !! Also made in China is not helpful and looks like they all playing scamming games . Stay away from this website and Alibaba is much better with trade assurance.

Great connection with suppliers but no support for a dispute
Great connection with suppliers. All trades accept for one went well.
The one mentioned went well too until we have received an order with 10% missing and with alternated logo over the whole back of a jacket that was missing a letter .. this is a year ago.
The supplier agreed to a refund and asked for a link to be created. Doesn't communicate since.
I have asked Made-in-China.com for the link, nothing until now, and since August there no replies to any emails.
I occasionally get through on the web's chat, just to be told to write an email and that someone will gat back soon.
I never hear back ..
Sad to write this as the overall service of the pages is great, suppliers communicate when starting a deal up but then all communication and support seems to stop ..
I would love to be wrong but tens of unanswered emails are a proof ..
Edit on 08.01.2025. I have received a reply to this review, that the transaction is over a year old. Yes, it is and over a year I am asking for a solution. Just to reply to this review too over months!!! Nor replies to my emails still continue!!!

Ship time was great but seller was not very responsive and in the end, he sent the wrong item. Was supposed to be carbon fiber and I was sent black...even after discussing this before shipping. Good product. Just not the right one.
