Ordered 2 dresses on Feb 22, 2021. Received March 13th. Both dresses were too small and one of them had no zipper. I requested a refund and all they keep offering is either a partial refund or an exchange. They won't give me a return label . This is first email: Hi,sorry to hear that and would you like to get exchange OR partial refund instead of return as:
1.Return shipping fee will cost you much money.(Return address is China)..
2.It is too hard to return items in this period…Very probably lost/damaged/taxed during transit..

Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. If i don't get anywhere there then I will file dispute with PayPal . Dealing with China...had I known that's where dresses were coming I would never have ordered!
Very very poor service.
I haven't received my goods within two months of ordering them, so I asked to cancel the order.
They have offered less than 20% refund and refuse to budge..

It’s incredible how long it takes to receive what u ordered!!!! I wrote an email telling that I need it one or 2 days before the date they show up only after payment, a d no answer at all . I’m very curious what will I receive and when !!! I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this company!!!!
I ordered a jacket and after ordering read the reviews. I saw all the negative reviews and thought should have read these first. I must say I received my jacket on time and the packaging was secure and neat. The jacket is excellent quality and value. I was pleased with the service.
Scammers. they have sent me a cosplay dress. there was a moth-larva in it. it was full of dust and torn at the back.
i tried to refund. they keep responding in german. and the problem is i cant understand what they say(and i am german....)
they try to say that they only refund 30% of the price and that i'd have to pay the shipping.
They asked me for proof.....12 times!
i wasted almost 100euro

They are not refunding me as they put there pricing up when they take your payment and I relized there not an honest site I requested that I get a refund and they playing the scumbag game with me and I will be taking legal action, scummy scammers I will be reporting them to get them banned from operating in the uk, I will get my money back because I will not be leaving this, were lucky in the uk we have a lot of ways of getting g help with scum like this but it's wrong what there doing,, I should have read the reviews first, I normally do so my mistake but they are doing this to the wrong person and they will face the judgement I will make sure of it. People please avoid them they want to take your money and keep it, they are scammers from China 🇨🇳
I would happily give it a 0 star. The treatment towards their customers is apporant!. I ordered a dress and realised it wouldn't come in time (which they don't tell you dates until the purchase is done) so very quickly asked to cancel the dress. I had replies such as "think about your order" "Tell me your date and I will give you a free quote to get it faster" and then was ignored. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and they opened a dispute for me so today the company emailed me confirming I will get a refund, However, knowing that if I paid through a credit or debit card I probably wouldn't of received the money or got my item. I would never and will never shop on this site again and urge people to stay well away! Otherwise your going to have to take legal action.
The absolute worst. Would give 0 stars if I could. The shoes are of cheap quality. Shipping is over $40 and if you don’t like what you order (which chances are, you won’t) you have to pay to return them and even then they don’t give you the full refund. Communication with them is horrible, customer service is horrible, quality is horrible and cheap. Literally the worst shopping experience of my life.
I know what you are thinking.You are unfamiliar with Milanoo but this is the best costume u could find.You think if its tailored it is bound to fit. That's what I thought and I was WRONG.The costume was so tight I hit my head trying to put it on. The chest was so tight I couldn't really zip it up. The cloth is so thin it showed my cellulite. Worst of all it was too short. No way could I sit down in it without it ripping. And even if I lost weight It will never fit. I wrote customer service asking if I could return the costume since it was tailored incorrectly and the representative was so unprofessional. Literally spelled please "plz". She insisted that I send photos proving it didn't fit. I have never put something on so unflattering that it brought me to tears.I refuse to send photos when they already do not believe me. And I find their return policy both unusual and suspicious.I will never order from here again and will continue to tell others to do the same.
Ordered a costume for my son. Was careful to use their measurement chart and ordered what should have been a roomy size. When it finally arrived it was way too small, and was shedding fuzz everywhere. Contacted them to return it and they said I could only get 85% of the purchase price back ($16.99) and none of the shipping price back ($11) and that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. Will never order from this site again!!
I had the absolute worst experience with this website and with the order of this item. I paid $27 extra for 1 day shipping. The item arrived SEVEN days after the anticipated delivery date. I attempted to reach out to customer service a half dozen times with no response. And on top of that, the item arrived and it is TINY! The sizing is not true to size at all. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I tried to order a cosplay wig for Halloween and didn’t noticed it wouldn’t get here until November, after I bought it, so when I emailed to cancel the order they said to “think about my decision” then if I still wanted a refund They would. Said I thought about it and wanted a refund Still and they said I could spend an extra 8$ to have it before Halloween.Very unprofessional. So if you have issues with your order, don’t expect customer service to be of any help.
I tried to return these shoes buckle straps because I accidentally ordered the wrong color. They make you "apply" for a refund through their website, you take a photo of the item and state why you want a refund, as if there HAS to be something phycially wrong with the item. You then have to be "approved". It's b.s. Don't buy from here, the quality of the items are cheap anyways.

Poor quality, poor customer service, poor delivery, expensive for what you get. Pictures on the website are not of the items you get. Delivery gets delayed 3 times, I had to call FedEx to ask them to not delay the delivery. The package came dirty, everything is cheap even though I paid £90 and on top of that I received a letter one month later saying I need to pay duty and tax of £16. I would have returned them, but guess what, their policy makes it more expensive. Read the feedback on trustpilot, everything you read it's true here and do your research before buying anything! The feedback on their website is not real, I can't even give my feedback there.
Worst experience I had with customer service in YEARS, maybe my entire life. I tried to make it work but they just never helped... Customer Service is extremely slow, always answers half your questions or give low information, Chart size is wrong ? Let me give you a 15$ discount on your next purchase of 150$,. Sure you want a exchange, just pay 200$ of shipping to send this in Austria And we will send you back a new one free of charge! Worst is I found easy solution for them. Their answer was a straight lack of answer, they just ignore me more than once or answer like politicians....They also give discount depending on your language... unfair
Paid extra for a wedding dress to be tailored. The dress was not at all tailored accordingly to the measurements that were given. The company after many e-mails has done nothing to fix the issue. I had to pay an extra $100 to fix the dress, almost as much as the dress costs. Terrible customer service. Would never order from them again, and would never recommend anyone order anything either.
