Order was placed and confirmed by Moglix. However it came after nearly a month. When I opened the box it was found broken. Immediately contacted Customer Care and sent them the photographs 4 nos. They called and asked for more photographs of empty boxes etc. And now no response. Audacity to write claim rejected. For general information, the product was an Iron Wice which can not break easily. The packaging was inadequate for a heavy product. Who's the looser is customers money stuck up with Moglix. A fraudulent company. Contemplating filing a complaint in the Consumer Court if the refund is not given.

no return if product is non functional .. frustrating experience
It’s absolutely worst experience. Bought lawn mower from Moglix which was not functional so informed Moglix and even cross checked with supplier whether it can be repaired at local level. As per their policy return request will be considered when u give all requested details within 7days from day of delivery and not when u raise request for return. My request for return raised and additional photos they needed to complete request which was tough when it’s located 400kms away and still arranged all requested photos . They confirmed on mail about return pickup but refused to pick up saying it’s not serviceable area. While purchasing area is serviceable but while returning its not.. aThey are big cheater. Beware of Moglix .. buy from it if u want frustrating experience...
As vender who supplied product assisted well to check all technical issues and confirmed to return the product..

I ordered a Black&Deker streamer on COD basis and they delivered best product in good packing.In my experience moglix is as reliable as amazon and flipkart.
THIS IS A FRAUD SITE. THEY DELIVERED A DEFECTIVE STEAMER OF DR MOREPEN WHICH DOES NOT WORK.WHEN I CONPLAINED THEY ASKED FOR IMAGES WHICH I SENT. THEN THEY REJECTED MY RETURN REQUEST STATING YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE BRAND AND MOGLIX HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT.
Useless delivery and return policy,i have ordered one office chair,they delivered it 7 days later from the expected date.Once product delivered i have open it and found to be a damaged piece.Asked them for return it and refund my money,it took 7 days for returns ...they again after 8 days refund came. I Have bought a weighing scale worth Rs.4200/- and lost all my money.
The Pack came with a fake un branded scale without warranty papers and they never replied to me when I wanted to return or replace the item.

Worst shopping App I have ever come across. Recently purchased Mezonita Brown Executive chair. After making purchase on Moglix they delivered kabad second hand refurbished chair in rusted condition,scratches with holes in cushion. I requested for refund according to their policy within 48 hours. But no response from Moglix automatically converted my request to Exchange. This exchange I have strongly opposed. I want my complete refund. But still no response from Moglix for pickup of defective product or refund. Please don't waste your hard earned money.
Even one star also waste for this. They only cheat public with their fake products. They sell defective products/refurbished products as new one in this website. Don't buy in this website.
I will recommend not to ever buy anything from this Moglix, customer service is "0", there is no call back lines are always busy irrespective of the time and day they sell faulty products and for big products like lawn mowers have 48 hrs return policy. I feel cheated by them, they just wash their hands. If you spend anything to buy on their website that means you are wasting your money if so pls donate it atleast you feel better . As after ordering the product you dont hear from them the faulty product arrives and if you dont tell them in 48 hrs they will say goodbye. Companies like this should be ban to do business

Defective product Delivered. No way to return and even after sending mails and interacting on chatbot, no response.
Had ordered a high back chair, was delivered late, dates kept changing because fo Covid, understandable.
However product received defective not meeting required standards. Have bee continuously trying to get in touch thru chatbot, support mail and helpline. But no avail.
Seems their intent is to cheat people but delivering duplicate sub standard products.
Be careful if you ever order from Moglix

Looks like these peoples establish the company to get money without interest. They keep the money for few days, keep shifting the Delivery date and cancel the order. You may get refund the money after long waiting.
Irresponsible, team. They asked me that Item is not available, but on very next day of order they listed same Item in less price. It is still listed in their portal.

I recently bought some Bajaj LED bulbs from Moglix. I placed the order on 6.1.17 and the products were delivered on 10.1.17 within the estimated time delivery of 4-7 days.
