Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently reported receiving defective, low-quality, or completely wrong items instead of what they actually ordered through the platform. Reviewers also experienced severe delivery delays, with many shipments arriving late, incomplete, or not showing up at all.

I would not recommend Moglix for the following reasons;
1. They do not update the correct product specs. They sent a wrong product configuration which does not have the accessories mentioned on their website.
2. Customer support on phone drop your calls if they do not want to deal with you. They have a worthless process when you want support. Even when I have confirmed that the package is not damaged nor pilfered, they insist on photos of the box, from all angles, the item etc...Does not approach the customer with the intent to understand or solve the issue.
3. At the time of placing the order, they show delivery in 4 days. Then, when you check status every day, you will realize that the expected delivery is always the next day while the shipment takes its own sweet time to reach
4. After I reported the missing part issue, they have clandestinely updated their website to reflect the configuration they sent me and have been deflecting talking about sending me the missing part. The best way to stall is ask for a list of documentation from you till you tire out. Luckily I have screen shots of the page with the original list of accessories listed.
Sorry to say that they do not value business ethics and are in for making the odd quick buck I guess.

Update 5-Jun-2021: After raising the complaint on twitter, they have finally reimbursed the cost incurred in procuring the missing part (a circular saw blade from another platform). Their twitter response has been exceptionally good. A stark contrast from their customer support team. For this I have rated them 3-stars from the earlier 1-star.

Worst online shopping site ever seen. Delivery time is more than 25 days. Worst customer support. This app should be banned. I just wanna ask that can i register legal complaint for this fake app.

I ordered a high value printer on 17th March. I am still awaiting delivery. Customer service is unhelpful. Emails are replied occasionally but are of no value as they only say we will contact you in 48 hours.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DOING BUSINESS.

Bad quality, does not match description. Never will I suggest anyone to use Moglix.
Product quality does not match description. No fair practice on behalf of moglix for refund. The license of this kind of seller should be cancelled by the ministry.
Update- After 3 mails, I am still getting denied for a return and refund for order - 3245292 - R.K 2.5 Sqmm 50m 3 Core Copper Submersible Flat Cable. Bad quality product. False advertisement w.r.t. quality.

I purchased target marble cutter on 27 March 2021,they have sent a used cutter which was giving electric sparks,it is even rusted,when I asked for return with photos they have rejected.

Ordered product and amount paid. order cancelled by moglix without inform. after multiple followups with customercare thay said amount refunded. its been 24 days, but amount not yet refunded. better don't buy from mogix. waste of time.
No recommended, plead dont buy products from this website. They don't take responsibility for Quality of the products and reject the return claim and not even okay for exchange. Their customer support is worst, they don't take the calls and though they take they put on hold and never return back. Bush cutter with damaged Shaft not fixed and rejected claim
Recently ordered a Bush cutter with deweeder attachment. delivery came fine but the solid shaft was bent. sent them the images of the bent shaft and package. didn't realize that I need to take photos at every moment (opening box, outer package, and all contents of the package). I only had few pictures which cover the damaged rod, it's packing and its contents. The guy from moglix called and kept repeating need all pictures/images, etc, and rejected the exchange or return. i only wanted the bent rod to be replaced. i have ordered a lot of stuff from Alibaba, aliexpress, and amazon never had such a bad experience. I bought a Mezzonite chair from Moglix . It came in a tattered box and the leather was torn in 3 places. I sent them photos and they agreed to sending a new one. I got the new one after 3 weeks and constant follow up. the box was still ragged looking and the arm has a small tear in it. But I am so fed up of dealing with them, that I am just going to keep it.
during and after assembly, I found the quality to be very poor, the wheels are not smooth, dont fit and Do Not rotate. the chrome is dull and scratched in places, and the leather stitching is downright ugly.

I am here to write some genuine review, I must say moglix is such fraud company they I personally experience both in terms of sale and buy once I used to be a vendor of moglix they don't even clear my dues till now i already shown them all the necessary documents regarding delivery of material but they deny it . Please don't be a part of moglix. They do frauds regularly.

This is probably the most pathetic company you will ever encounter in your life.
I have placed the order for a printer on 20th Dec. The order was shipped on 26th but then there's no update on the delivery as the package seems to be lost. The company representatives have been unresponsive despite multiple requests about the status of the order and requests for cancelation. They keep saying it will be delivered/canceled within 24-48 hours which didn't happen for the last 3 times I checked with them.
I went forward and filed a case with the consumer forum of govt of India. Let's see what happens next.

A total fraud company! First they accept my order and take the amount and then do nothing. Upon following up they accept delay but still need time to revert. Finally concede they cannot fulfil order but stay quiet on refunding the amount paid. no further response on emails. More followup on phone they agree to refund but will need 5 more days. Still waiting.
Post this review, Moglix representative contacted me and fulfilled the order to my satisfaction. I acknowledge and appreciate the response given to my grievance. Errors and mistakes can occur. Swift corrective action is important and demonstrated well by Moglix
