We are marketing company from Uzbekistan. We start using MoreLogin service to avoid Facebook bans and scale campaigns on farmed accounts. Service work pretty well, so I could recommend it. But sometimes some android versions not available and support not answering immediately on my tickets
Absolutely terrible customer service They charged me $14 for another monthly plan even though I still had 5 days left on my current plan and I wanted an annual plan I never asked them to renew me on monthly When I asked for my money back they just kept arguing instead of fixing the problem It is not about $14 It is about charging customers for something they did not ask for and then refusing to take responsibility Completely unacceptable way to treat a customer I will dispute the charge with my bank and take my business somewhere else.
I had a very disappointing experience with MoreLogin. The proxy network speed was much slower than I expected, which made it difficult to use the service properly. I also had an issue with being charged twice for a purchase, and I had difficulty getting a refund from the company. Their refund policy appears very restrictive, and I was told that purchased proxies are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Based on my experience, I would advise customers to carefully review the pricing, proxy speed, and refund terms before making a purchase. I personally was not satisfied with the service or the way my payment issue was handled.
Very Disappointing Experience with MoreLogin Honestly, I regret moving to MoreLogin. We bought multiple profiles, proxies and team-member access with the intention of using the platform long term but have had continual login/session-sync issues and glitches. We had the same issues even after implementing the recommended settings from their support team, leading to multiple OTP requests and unnecessary frustration for our team and clients. I later checked their Trustpilot rating, which was around 2.4 and I wish I had read the reviews before moving our operations to them. We spent time and money trying to get the platform to work. Such basic reliability issues just do not cut it in a service that is meant for multi-profile and team management.
This company represents the absolute bottom of the barrel in terms of service and ethics. What is marketed as a professional solution is, in reality, a sophisticated trap designed to drain your wallet while providing zero value. If you value your financial security, your data, and your sanity, do not engage with this business under any circumstances.
Very dishonest company. They pretend to offer a free trial but when you try to claim it, they say they have to contact the tech team... and then tell you you're not eligible and must pay. I advise avoiding them.
very bad/ I forgot to cancel my subscription last month. Immediately after being charged, I replied to the billing email stating that I wanted to cancel. Despite this, you charged me again today and refused to issue even a single refund. I will never use your services again. You clearly have no respect for your customers' money. Your records show I haven't used the service at all for two years. I intend to file complaints regarding your terrible policies across various platforms. This was only a two-month gap, and while I often switch projects and would have needed this environment in the future, you have successfully and permanently driven away a customer who would have required your services long-term.

Once I was recommended on this browser about 3 years ago I was having trouble in managing multiple accounts,but now it has made my work more efficient as I can manage up to 50 accounts on a single not mention the cloud phone profiles which has easen my work more as I can manage my androids in the cloud anonymously undetected,it just need good proxy and you will enjoy privacy and security of your work without leaking ip address,I always recommend people on this browser as it’s free,has discounted feature and easy to familiarize,you just need a good pc
Hi everyone, I do not recommend this service. The performance is unstable: constant lags, loading times from 20–30 seconds up to several minutes, and it is extremely inconvenient to use on mobile devices. Regarding support: I requested a refund, but it was denied due to account limitations. Fine, noted. Payments are accepted without any issues, but it is impossible to withdraw or get a refund. I recommend using alternative services.
Subscribed to the platform before bed with the hopes of getting a remote job done in the morning, lost the job in the morning (less than 8hrs), reached out for a refund but was rejected "due to personal reasons" according to Morelogin. Advise everyone to stay away.

Good App, easy to use and secure
I signed up for MoreLogin’s referral program and referred people like they asked. It’s been over 20 days since I submitted my withdrawal request, and I still haven’t received any payment. I kept checking, sent follow-ups, and waited patiently. Nothing. They promised payouts and didn’t deliver. That’s not how you treat people who support your platform. I feel misled. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. They ignored me after taking my effort. Be careful if you’re thinking about using this service
It’s great that MoreLogin added the ability to import bookmarks as HTML — that shows they’re listening to users. However, forcing the old Name::URL format still limits real usability. We need to be able to import bookmarks with folders as they are, just like other tools allow. Otherwise, the feature loses a lot of its value. Another issue is that column resizing doesn't save. Every time I restart, I have to adjust everything again, which is frustrating for daily use. Overall, solid potential — but these small details matter. Looking forward to future improvements!
I like using morelogin alot. The UI is intuitive and easy to use, excellent browser fingerprint technology and good account protection. Furthermore, I like the fact that it has in-built proxies and I can pay them using my local payment method. However, I have some issues with it. Customer support is slow. Sometimes they don't respond and your proxies have connection failures from time to time, which is frustrating and a turn off for me. It can take the whole day before connection resumes so I end up not working that day. Please fix that immediately. Overall, I like it and would recommend.
