It's rough out there, and every bit of savings helps! Thanks for using Mudflap, David.

Thanks, Phillip, that's what we're going for!

Thanks for the review, Kevin! We're happy we can make things easier for you.

Hi Richard, we're sorry for the frustration. What you saw was most likely a temporary authorization hold, not an extra charge. We place a hold on credit and debit cards to make sure funds are available before fueling, and any unused amount is released once the transaction is complete or the fuel code is canceled. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for that update to show on your account. That said, our support team will be reaching out to you soon to take a closer look at your specific transaction and make sure everything is correct. If you'd like to connect with us sooner, feel free to give us a call anytime at 1-888-885-3835. We're happy to help.

Love to hear about those savings! Thanks, Tony :)

We're happy we can help you save, Juan! If there's anything we can do to make Mudflap work even better for you, we'd love to hear your thoughts. Call us anytime at 1-888-885-3835. Thanks for the review!

Thanks for using Mudflap, Fernando!

Hi Shelley, thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry for the confusion and we'd love to help get you fueling with Mudflap. To use the Mudflap app, pick a fuel stop from our map, tap the green button to get a fuel code, redeem your fuel code at the truck stop, and pump your fuel! Some stops will accept your code right at the pump. At others, you'll go inside and show the fuel desk your code. Once you get your code, you should see instructions in the app about where you use your code. You can pay through the app using a bank account, debit card, or credit card. You can reach our 24/7 support team anytime at 1-888-885-3835 if you have any trouble. Thanks for using Mudflap!

Hi DJ, thanks for the feedback. We're working on getting more stops set up to accept Mudflap fuel codes right at the pump—stay tuned! If there's anything else we can help with, please give us a call at 1-888-885-3835 and we'll be happy to assist.

We love helping you save! Thanks, Nizar!

Hi Brian, thanks for your note! fuel prices can definitely vary by route and station. Mudflap is free to check, so we always recommend comparing before you fuel. Some stops will be stronger than others, and we’re always working to add more competitive options!

Hi Barbara, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry to hear about the unexpected charge. We've sent you a follow-up here on Trustpilot requesting more details so our support team can look into this directly and make things right. Since this involves a disputed charge, it's being escalated to a manager on our support team to take a closer look. Hope to speak with you soon so we can fix this. Thanks again for letting us know.

Thank you!

Hi Charles, we're glad to hear the Mudflap app has been helpful! Thanks for sharing :)
