I like it a lot makes things simple an quick. Except for trying to get fuel at the maverick. They want specific amounts for fuel. It helps out a bunch with repairs an what not outside of the box. Nice!!

Hi Richard, we're sorry for the frustration. What you saw was most likely a temporary authorization hold, not an extra charge. We place a hold on credit and debit cards to make sure funds are available before fueling, and any unused amount is released once the transaction is complete or the fuel code is canceled. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for that update to show on your account. That said, our support team will be reaching out to you soon to take a closer look at your specific transaction and make sure everything is correct. I wish you had information on how to use the Mudflap when at a pump. Do I go in the store get something from clerk or tap something on screen. I dont have a card abd I am a rv'er driving a diesel pickup. HELP?

To use the Mudflap app, pick a fuel stop from our map, tap the green button to get a fuel code, redeem your fuel code at the truck stop, and pump your fuel! Some stops will accept your code right at the pump. At others, you'll go inside and show the fuel desk your code. Once you get your code, you should see instructions in the app about where you use your code. You can pay through the app using a bank account, debit card, or credit card. You can reach our 24/7 support team anytime at 1-888-885-3835 if you have any trouble. Thanks for using Mudflap!
The system works very well.
The system works very well.. especially for those locations where the code can be entered at the pump. Having to go inside to present code before turning on the pump can be an inconvenience at extremely busy locations. Overall experience has been great and the detailed receipts a plus. Price points and savings are very good at some locations not so much at others.

Mudflap has quite a few features that other fuel apps don’t have. They are not the cheapest I have seen some other fuel apps that are $.21 cheaper on a daily basis. But I have been satisfied so far I have not signed up on the other apps to use yet.

Be careful with Mudflap,they will take money out of your account based on the word of a merchant who screwed up their numbers with no evidence whatsoever,we had an additional charge 3 weeks later saying we got more gallons than we were charged for even though we had a receipt and the fact that the truck in question does not even hold the amount of gallons they are saying we got,all these companies start out good then get greedy and mismanaged...typical,their discounts also are getting less and less im finding regular pump prices now lower than theirs,so ill be phasing them out and wont be recommending them to anyone,thanks for reading....

Success with MudFlap
First, MudFlap found me a nearby field stop with a good price. Then the MudFlap GPS took me to that spot without an issue. The chosen location was well versed in how to use MudFlap so I had no issues getting and paying for my fuel. Finally, MudFlap sent me a clear receipt that reflected what I paid at the pump and what my savings were.

Stop sending ads.
Your app is great. However, stop and i repeat stop emailing me ads. If you want to lose customers keep sending ads for an app that is already being used by your customer. You only have a finite amount of ads before I will completely stop using your app. Its your job to leave me alone.
