This is one of the most incompetent companies we have ever dealt with. 1st we were told wrong about their billing. So we canceled before ever using and now we have been dealing with over 5 months to get them to stop asking us to update our records and give them billing info. We have sent well over 50 emails and have personally spoken to over 10 people... holding forever on the phone. We really thought the last person we spoke to was able to properly cancel an account we never used and today we get yet another email to update things. Run as fast as you can from this company. They have the worst customer service ever and if they cant address this simple request, i cant even image what they are if we actually were using their services. To the company... stop the emails and get your stuff together. We will report you to every agency we can to help others not get involved with you. UPEDATE: Since ticket number has been issues we at least have a person looking into things further. We hope this person follows thru. We are hopeful for better results. Thanks Trustpilot for the integrity you have to try to give businesses and customers to get better results. Hopefully we can go back and change this review once they resolve it.. We at least have a person at mudflap that sees why this is happened and is hopeful to resolve for us. Because of that we have raised it to 2 stars from 1.

Will deny you services with no explanation. They saw suspicious activity which I confirmed wasn't me but I get punished for it bad business Most likely do to a databrench on their end cause never used the app

The refusal of credit line increase due…
The refusal of credit line increase due to mudflap deciding that amount is sufficient eventhough fuel has skyrocketed and my trucks deplete almost all credit. Money is pulled out on Tuesdays and then not posted till 3 days later which leaves us unable to purchase fuel for those days.

They do not take this card at the pump. You have to walk inside . Then you have to figure out how much money to fill your tanks, so they can set the pumps. It is alot of screwing around.

Actually saved me a decent amount on fuel every week. Super easy, discounts are legit, and it’s nice not having to deal with the usual fuel card headaches. Definitely worth having if you’re driving full time. - Sarah

The extremely reckless and erratic…
The extremely reckless and erratic account activities are not at all worth the fuel discounts offered. Their account holds and releases are all over the place and impossible to track accurately. Ridiculous methods that have already cost me overdraft before I began to anticipate this nonsense. I will be looking at WEX & GreenLane to see if they are any better. Customer service was also very difficult to reach just to update my email address last week. NOT IMPRESSED!

The hold you’re seeing is a standard authorization when using a credit or debit card in the Mudflap app to ensure funds are available before fueling. Any unused amount is released right after fueling or canceling your code, but some banks can take a few business days to reflect that update.
If you’d like to avoid holds altogether, using a bank account (ACH) as your payment method can help prevent this issue.
