Poor Customer Service Experience
They have the poorest customer support I have ever dealt with. I had ordered a 100$ Binance Gift Card, and my order has been in the verification process for 2 days now. However, I have submitted the requested documents through the verification system itself, and also manually by emailing the support team. The customer support is not even replying to my open tickets regarding the issue. Latest update, they got my order verified and completed, and I received my funds successfully, but I still can say that they have a slow customer service. I hope this gets worked in the near future, to prevent such customer unsatisfaction experiences.
