TLDR: Offgamer's support is the worst support ever: straight-up nonsense, false information, pushing their problems onto consumers, and wasting consumer time.
Update 8: I made so many reviews, yet they provided 0 feasible solutions. The only statement that they have is stating their gift card is "valid" and "generally due to an IP issue. Literally, if someone opened a ticket and provided 2 photos and a video documenting a timeout error across multiple devices and browsers (I even did further investigation myself, where the server is not responding to the request, meaning it is a server-side issue. And this basically blocks all connection attempts, no matter where you are). That is not a general issue. Yet they reviewed none of my evidence and again labeled it a geographical issue. I bet the support team could not open the link either; they are just trying to push the issue to consumers. I feel very disrespected; there is no way I have to do all the investigation when support should do it, not the consumer. Support team did nothing at all.
Update 7: I contacted support after they commented on my last review, and I got no response for 2 days. Guess what: they closed my ticket, saying they didn't hear me for 2 days, and marked it as resolved. Such an "awesome 24/7" support! Now I have to respond to my own ticket to reopen it. Insane support, literally; wtf can I say when they don't respond with anything other than an AI reply every time I open a ticket?
Update 6: They keep talking about network region lock, not accounting I am in China, I also did test the website; the error message of the redemption page is request timeout (meaning invalid URL), not region lock, off gamers support is simplily nonsense

In addition, I followed every instruction the product provided, even within the region where they said the redemption would work: China. I submitted dozens of tickets and Trustpilot reviews, yet their average response time takes days, and they dodge the real issue. Look at this direct quote from their most recent response that I received 2 days after writing my last Trustpilot review: "We also acknowledge that you have stated you are currently in China and have tried accessing the redemption page using different Chinese IP addresses. However, the inability to access the external redemption page does not establish that the product or the gift card itself is invalid. Based on our investigation, we have not found any issue with the validity of the product that would prevent it from being redeemed as intended. Therefore, we are unable to approve a refund on the basis of the reported inability to access the redemption page." Not accounting to the fact that the whole thing is likely AI generated, and they did not show any prove of actual investigation, the context is nonsense, it is basically like: Hey, we sold you this key and gave you a lock to pair with it, but if the lock doesn't pair with the key, that's not our problem; it doesn't mean the key is wrong, even if you follow every single instruction for using the lock from us. Obviously, I am not claiming the voucher code itself has been proven invalid; the customer can not even reach the redemption webpage in the first place, and I am not the first person to have this issue. If you go back to the Trustpilot review, you will see other people having a similar issue with the product. Straight-up scam company; they will never care about what customers feel, but they care about the money they receive from them. I am not even asking for more than the original amount I spent; I'm asking for a full refund. This company has the worst service possible among its competitors.
