Dear Wesley, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret the circumstances under which your complaint has been submitted and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. That said, we would like to take this opportunity to provide clarity regarding the requirements and responsibilities related to your claim. Upon investigation, we have noted that the first cancellation request was submitted on 04/05/2025 and our consultants have made multiple attempts at contacting you to assist with it. As per our policy terms and conditions there is a one (1) calendar month, (30 days) notice period for cancellations. Your request will be attended to and finalized, and you will receive confirmation via SMS and email once the cancellation has been set. If you have sent a cancellation request prior to the date stated above, you are welcome to inform us and we will have a look into it and assist further. Additionally, the claim on the policy is dated 2022/12/24 and was settled on 2023/01/11. This falls within the allowed turnaround time for admission claims to be settled. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. We trust this explanation clarifies the process and highlights the importance of adhering to the policy terms.
