I ordered a pair of shoes on May 6 2026 and my credit card was charged on that day. I contacted customer service since I didn’t receive tracking information. After months of excuses about the status of my order I disputed the charge with my credit card because Ofoos would not issue a refund. 他们的客户服务绝对是最差的。 No one answers the phone and they are slow to respond. Think twice before you order anything online from Oofos. I ordered Oofos Men’s Stride Black/white size 11 on 5/5/2026 and was charged $116.60 on that date. I never received tracking information and never received any update or other information. Customer service was terrible and I had to dispute the charge in order to get a refund.

The product itself may be fine, but customer service is part of the overall experience, and this experience was frustrating from start to finish. I won’t be purchasing from OOFOS again and cannot recommend buying directly from them unless you’re absolutely certain you will never need to exchange or return your order.

I have several pairs of OOFOS in various styles—shoes, sandals, thermal slippers, etc…I love em’ all! They've literally save my feet (I struggle with both heel and forefoot pain). I live in Italy and ordered a pair of sliders from your Italian distributor in Milan from the oofos.it website. They were too small so I wanted to return them for a larger size. A pretty normal thing in the day of the life of a shoe distributor.但不！ The website has no feature to do this. It's hard to believe this company hasn't been shut down and sued. They are the most dangerous footware on the market. Good if you never leave the house in them. I simply walked out to get the mail and a slight variation in the lawn caused me to nearly break my ankle. I was in extreme pain for weeks. You can not wear these to the beach or on anything that isn't perfectly FLAT! OR THE SLIGHTEST BIT WET!!
