So many issues when sending money, even using debit cards do not work. Customer service through whatsapp is not responsive. Stay away from this company.

I used panda remit a lot until recently I tried to contact them but no avail. I sent money but my beneficiary didn’t recent my money. I try to cancel but can’t. I am not sure where is my money now or what happen.

I still didn’t received my refund it was processed since September 23rd and it’s already October 4th. The agent I talk to thru the app was told me I should received my money today Friday October 4th. I try to contact them thru whatsapp no one answered 😡😡😡😡 dont send money here. It’s a pain in ass.

Update : Great Idea...but loads of improvements needed
I can understand the attraction of Panda Remit with its low fees, but having sent a low transaction between HK and thailand, and having to wait 5 days even when the "Partner Bank" has recieved the monies is fall advertising....even more strange is that reaching out to the Customer Support staff who just say "sorry" but cannot give a credible reason for the delay...
Great idea...app is easy to use, but customer service needs to be improved, as well of the ability to follow up and find out exactly why there is a delay in the payment

I believe in second chances so I conducted another transfer and all went through quickly and efficiently...
Definitely suggest trying out Panda Remit to others but please do your own checks first to make sure you are happy..

Do NOT use this service!!! They took our money and their app said 3 to 5 days for remittance. After 5 days still no money. Contacted customer service and they said that after review the money was sent back to us and it would take another 3 to 5 days before we would receive it. They could not even answer why it was rejected. Huge inconvenience!!!

Impressed with PandaRemit
Used PandaRemit for the first time and must say that I'm seriously impressed. Initially I was a bit doubtful about using it compared to the competition but took the plunge and glad that I decided to use it. Money was remitted within a matter of couple of hours which is amazing. I also got a very good rate as a first time user. Have to use again to see how the rates are for subsequent uses. Overall I recommend it.
