I placed an order with several items that I was really looking forward to receiving. My order somehow got lost in transit. I reached out to the company and got a fairly quick response with instructions to wait for 3-5 more days. When the order still didn’t arrive, I reached out again and they have responded saying they will resend the order with express shipping. Hoping I receive the products soon.
