Sppedy response and solution to my drone problem

Short story. I had been using my Atom 2 over 1 year and 4 months. It always flew perfectly and never had an issue with it. Unfortunately, over a week ago the drone behaved erratically just before landing and it crashed several times against a fence. I wrote to Potensic Support and immediatly received an answer. After checking on the flight log, they determined it was a manufacturing defect and that I would receive a brand new drone. In less than a week, after sending my defective drone, I received the new one. Potensic Costumer's service response was more than excellent. Prompt response to all my mails and solving the issue without hesitating. I am very thankful and I give Potensic a 5 star!

So far, so good. I flew it. Couple d times before my surgery. It was awesome, great flight. Can’t wait to get out there again and fly. I was an aviator in the army. This is about the next best thing to being on an aircraft.

poor response time

item never showed up. customer service didn't respond to my emails until 2 days after i contacted paypal to get a refund. disappointing experience, I paid for a drone and got the run around instead.

Problem with connecting the Phone

I had a problem connecting my mobile phone to the control unit, so I contacted their customer service team. They got back to me within a few hours and offered to help – telling me what to do, how to set up my mobile phone, and which settings I needed to change. It worked straight away after that, so I’m very satisfied.

Speedy drone replacement

Gave me a new drone after it malfunctioned and crashed free of charged and even upgraded the model from the Atom 2 to the Atom 2s. Customer service was very helpful but delivery took a while but it was all worth it. Very high quality drones and experience

Excellent Drone and Support

I recently contacted Potensic customer support because I needed to use Potensic Care after an unfortunate drone crash. The whole experience was excellent. The support team responded quickly, communication was clear and friendly, and the replacement process was smooth and hassle-free. It's great to see a company that truly stands behind its products. The Potensic Atom 2 is my very first drone, and I bought it specifically for my vacation in Bali. It turned out to be the perfect travel drone. It's compact, lightweight, easy to fly, and the camera quality is fantastic. In my opinion, there is nothing better on the market in this price range. My only recommendation is to buy the Fly More Combo with the extra batteries from the beginning—you'll definitely want the extra flight time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the Atom 2 and Potensic's customer service. I can highly recommend both the drone and the Potensic Care program.

I never received it on time

I never received it on time. I don't know where it is. They say it was delivered. I have been trying to find out where did they put it. No response to any of my emails. They stole my money.

Potensic does a great job with communication

Potensic does a great job of walking through their repair process and explaining details once you send your product in for inspection. Very happy with their communication as well. T Y Potensic!

No disrespect but in my opinion…

No disrespect but in my opinion Potensic drones are waaaaaay better than dji. Not only in price but quality in craftsmanship of their products as well. I love my Atom 2 drone. Can't wait to get my hands on the new, Atom 3. Also, I had an issue with my drone but after I reached out to their customer service team, I received a response and my issue was resolved in less than 24 f___ing hours! For real, for real.

After a battle with my drone flying ok…

After a battle with my drone flying ok one minute and in the next minute reading motor saturation. The drone finally said I'm done and crashed. Thank You Potensic for dealing with this issue and helping me with guidance as to how to handle the situation. I wrapped it up and sent it back to Potensic. They replaced the unit at no cost. What an amazing group of people. Potensic, I tip my hat off to you guys. Great Service from beginning to end. You Rock. Thank You For Your Detailed Help. PS. The new Atom 2 has taken many of flights now and both it and me are Happy Flyers Again... I'd Recommend You and Potensic to Everyone..... Respectfully, Wilfredo Toledo Jr

Great drones

First, I absolutely love my Potensic Atom 2. It’s been a great drone. I’ve gotten a lot of great footage and photos from it. Second, customer service is excellent. I crashed my drone and was able to get a replacement very fast. Very much would recommend dealing with Potensic.
