Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional camera quality, stable flight performance even in harsh windy conditions, and the remarkably clear photographs captured during various outdoor flights. Consumers deeply appreciate the extremely helpful support team, intuitive beginner-friendly controls, and fast replacement service when unexpected accidents happen.
However, some people mentioned experiencing frustratingly slow customer service response times, communication challenges, and completely unresolved technical difficulties with their devices. A few reviewers also noted persistent difficulties regarding faulty connection cables, unexpected equipment errors, and frustrating charging equipment failures during daily usage.
Have been back and fourth with customer service for weeks trying to return the drone, would not connect from the controller to device. It has taken weeks to get customer service to provide information to return and now they are asking for more info from me to process refund… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I really enjoy to flying the Potensic Atom 2 drone. The flying drone is very good stable. The pictures and videos are high quality. The Potensic Eve app have very good features. It is affordable. Two thumbs up and recommended!
I'd like to thank Potensic for quickly resolving the technical issue. I couldn't connect the remote to my phone. After contacting Potensic and explaining the problem, it turned out to be the OTG cable. After reviewing my order, they quickly sent me a new OTG cable, and everything works. Potensic has proven to me that distance doesn't matter to them. I recommend it and best regards from Poland.
I had a quick technical question about the remote control for the Potensic ATOM drone. I received a super-fast response, and various helpful tips were sent via email. Great customer service and friendly people. Thanks again to the support team.
The Atom 2 is a very good drone and work for nearly every application we need.
There is one minor detail if fixed would make this a great drone... give us the option to program the C1 or C2 buttons to start/stop the video or take a photo?!
Looked extensively at all controls and there is just not this simple option... please fix this piece?
Thank you
My first Potensic drone, Atom 2, has been generally an excellent experience. it fly well and has many good features… however…
(1) It needs to have flight “waypoints” added like the previous version Atom.
(2) It needs the programmable key selections to offer more practical options such as simply being able to click C1 to start/stop the camera. Why take out hand off the flight controls in order to snap a photo?
we can only hope someone in the company actually reads these reviews.
My second Potensic drone, an upgrade from the original Atom. A superb sub 250g drone with many features and a great camera. It’s used mainly for travel video and photography. Well worth the investment
Fast shipping and the Atom2 is a great platform. While it lacks 360 obstical detection, everything else about the Atom 2 is really well done. It flies great. Has good range. The remote works and feels great in the hand.
Great Product...I used to have a DJI Phantom 3 many years ago. Now getting back into the drone hobby, I decided to try Potensic based on reviews and the fact that DJI is under the microscope with the US Government, I chose this brand. The quality is as good.
Dear potensic. Your procuct is very good quality and The Price is so friendly. The shipping is fast but The tracking a littel bit pointless thanks for all
