Don't buy.

I bought from this company about two years ago. The clothes are nothing like what was advertised. Completely shoddy clothes... Which are still in the bottom of my wardrobe now ..never worn. This is a true and honest review.

I ordered some merchandise I received…

I ordered some merchandise I received it trying to return it they kept telling me they sending me return to my email so I can return it.I never received anything from them in my email so I found a email for them and sent them a email. They email me back and said they have sent my the return label through my email which I have never received from them. So I sent the merchandise back myself I pay shipping and handling and it's sitting in a box in Jamaican New York been there since the 16th of June still can't get in touch with these people. As of June 22nd still have not heard anything from them and still trying to get in touch with you the website is crazy it takes you in so many different directions. I will never order from them again 😒

Worst possible experience

Worst possible experience. The website fashion pix look great, but 2 months wait for delivery only when I complained to PayPal. The merchandise is awful, on many items really cheap fabric feels like a plastic bag, the fit is very strange, for boyish figures. 2 of the tops had armholes cut so I couldn't raise my arms. I gave it all away to Goodwill! They still send me 4 emails a day even though I wrote to unsubscribe.

This clothing is not as advertised

This clothing is not as advertised. The fabric is printed polyester. It's from China. And even though they charge $25 for shipping it will take months.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Don’t waste your $!

Don’t waste your $! This is a scam. Roselinlin completely misrepresents their garments. I’m 65 yo and have ordered online a lot! I have never received clothing of poorer quality. The photos show a nice fabric and when you receive the item it is made of the cheapest polyester or nylon. One top wasn’t even hemmed at the sleeves or bottom. They do a great job with their pictures but what you receive doesn’t resemble it. Trying to return the items is another nightmare. I put in a dispute with my credit card.

Never again.

Unfortunately I succumbed to this company's advertising and ordered 2 items. These looked presentable in their ads but when received were nothing like the photos. The quality was terrible, the material was so shoddy you couldn't wear it. When approached the company didn't even respond. Needless to say they went in the rag bag. They seem to be part of similar companies like Shein, Light In The Box. All glitz and glamour and no substance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

After receiving my clothing items they were nothing like they looked like on the website...poorly sewn no hems strings hanging off the shirts..dresses was a cheap thin piece material that looked like a child cut it out of a pattern no hems...I will never order from the again. I tried to initiate a return and It was not worth shipping to china taking a photo of the label for them to track and waiting over a month for my refund...I will donate my clothing....All in all people dont waste your time and money on this company....I am an avid clothes shopper and this is the first and last time I will order from them...You simply cannot return anything simply as on other clothing sites....HASSLE I am elderly and returns should be simple ...they make it impossible to return your items....reporting them to the BBB..also they make you the consumer PAY for the overseas shipping cost...

I ordered “U.S.size 10” & got XXL

I ordered a dress in “U.S.size 10”. What I received was XXL. I had taken a screenshot of my order page as proof. Roselinlin argued that the company’s order showed I had ordered XXL. Wrong. Then the company tried to tell me that sizes vary from country to country and that a 3cm difference was acceptable. The difference is more like 30 cm. I must pay for this to be shipped back to China in order to get 40% refund. This company makes cheap and shoddy garments and has an appalling refund / return policy. Do NOT order anything from this company.

You will never get a full refund if you return

My wife bought an item with which she was satisfied so she ordered another 2 items. Unfortunately these were of poor quality and fit badly so we asked to return for a refund. When contacted, they offered to refund 15% without returning the item. We advised the items were no good to us so would prefer to return for 100%. They advised we would have to bear the cost to shipment to China and the delay that this entailed ie. several months. It has been more than 4 months since shipment and Roselinlin has not issued a refund and does not answer my emails. I think they use the lack of a tracking which costs an exhorbitant amount from Canada to China as an excuse to say they have not received the package. Strictly a buyer beware merchant - the stuff is cheap but be prepared to incur a total loss if you don't like it.

Don't do it

Sizes are WAY off, material not what they say it is. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a completely different pair of shoes worth a 1/10 of what they sold it for. I would put the quality at, less than the quality of a cheap halloween costume. The good reviews are shady, just read them out loud...Not even sure how this site still stands

Made in China

When I found out the clothing is MADE IN CHINA, I will NOT order from this company!

Appalling

Appalling! The 5 star reviews on here must be fake. I ordered 4 garments from them described as100% cotton. When they arrived they were made of cheap nylon and polyester, they were shapeless and oversized and nothing like the pictures on the site. They would not refund my money unless I paid for the return. I refused as the return address was in China. As I had paid with a credit card I took it up with them and eventually they refunded me as the goods were not as described.

I have ordered 7 shirts from this company. The order number is HBQDB00246556. All the shirts were too small. Size 4XXL is closer to 1XL. Now you want me to send them back to China before you even give me my refund. Are you crazy!!?? I will never recommend your company to anyone. Your company cost me more than $150.00 USD.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. The sizes were way off, and the quality was terrible. I ordered 5 items and want to return every one of them but is an extremely difficult task as they need to go back to China. I am so dissatisfied and lost $130.00.

Do not buy from Roselinin!

Wish I'd found your review on Roselinlin before I bought. Nothing I ordered fit. One large was too small, and the rest of the larges were too big...fit like a Plus size 2x. Couldn't figure out how to return, as I did not establish an account. DO NOT buy from Roselinlin! Received a response from Roselinlin regarding review above. Very poor excuse. I am quite aware that sizes differ by maker. I did compare measurements as suggested. I cannot even imagine how a large is anywhere in the realm of a Plus size 2X. Also, the 15-day return window is a joke. I was out of town when the items arrived, so when I got home, it was out of the return window. Finally, the dealer did not explain how I could not find how to return the item without an account. I recommend sticking with companies that have easier return policies. Still wish I had seen the plethora of negative reviews about this company from all over the world...including the BBB. Find another company to do business with; Roselinlin isn't worth your time or money.

Return policy appears to be consumer fraud

The 2 items I received were of poor quality. When I started the return process I was informed the return center is in China and I would have to pay all return fees including customs charges. To help me out and not have to go through the return process they would offer me 15% of the cost of the items. This stinks of fraud since this information was not listed on the return policy on their website, and this puts money in the pocket of the company at the consumers expense. I am proceeding with the return and expecting a full refund within the week they promised on their website

poor quality clothing

I ordered clothing from this company last year and while it took a while to get here, items were as advertised. Nice cotton tops that fit. This year, the fabrics they are using are awful and are not even identified. The fit is all wrong, too. The fabric is so cloying, I immediately started sweating when I tried them on. Like trying to put on a wet swimming suit. I did contact them about the items and their policy is to tell you that if you want a refund you have to pay for them to be shipped back to China and, of course, this could take a few months, they add. So, for the forty dollars worth of merchandise I purchased, I was told to keep the items and they sent me a grand total of $3.95. As someone else said, too, the items look nothing like the ones in the ads. One sweater, that appears to be a nice knit with flowers woven in is actually the same awful fabric described above and the flowers are simply stamped on. Cheap, cheap looking. It's a shame, really, as the designs are very pretty...on their website anyway.

Never Again

This is a badly run business. Sizes are all over the place. I ordered multiple items and none were the same size. Good luck returning them. You have to ship back to China and that costs more than the item itself. They don't disclose that the clothes come from China until after you purchase. Never Again. I will not even accept their emails.

Very disappointed with the quality of the items I purchased- cheap slippery material- not cotton as advertised. All too big, although I ordered the same size I always buy. I tried to return the items but was emailed that I'd have to mail to China and pay customs as well. they offered me 20%, then 25%, then 30% refund. Donate the items to charity- what a scam
