The worst purchases
The worst purchases from a total rip off company. I tried to return everything but got no response. Finally, they offered me a small credit that never happened. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered from this company
I ordered from this company. The items received was nothing like the pictures shown on Facebook. I immediately submitted a return request and it shows that it was successful. They then asked for pictures to be emailed to them, so I did that also. After about a month of no response, I emailed them. Now, after 20 days I still do not have any response. I have sent yet another email via their website. I am very concerned that I will never get any response.

Beyond dissatisfied
I received my order and immediately was very disappointed with the quality of my items. Out of 7 items ordered I could only use 1. Please do not spend your hard earned money with Roselinlin. I spent over $100 and never received my refund. Shame on them They are thieves for keeping my money Horrible customer service!! Will never order from them again.

I ordered a casual shirt collar which was too small. They wouldn't take it back and send me a larger size but ONLY offered a 15% cash refund..... which I haven't received. This was dated April 8th... be careful! They're not in the USA! MB

This company is NOT worth your time
This company is NOT worth your time or money. I received shoes that were stitched together pathetically. I never wore them and did as asked to return them. I never got a response and when I emailed again they said it was past their return policy deadline. They will not give me the address to return the junky shoes and will not refund my money! I don't think a homeless person would want them! Horrible customer service and no flexibility when they are the ones who never responded to my request to return the shoes!

This is a Chinese co. Most of products with low quality and cheap fabrics were made and shipped from China. Look into the return policy before placing the orders!

I got 2 skirts and two shirts here and I have in mind matched together, so when my order came I knew the items paired wasn't work for a cute outfit but separated every piece by its own have it own style, very nice feel, and details, definetly will buy again.

This company is horrible at best
This company is horrible at best! I purchased items in the amount of $112. I tried to return the items because they were not true to size and they were cheap. This company would only refund me 35%. If I wanted a full refund I had to mail the items back to their China's address, Although the package came from California. It would cost me a minimum of $78 to mail these items back for a full refund. This company is terrible and have fraudulent practices.

How does a company like this stay in business?
This is the email that I sent to Roselinlin today. Roselinlin, I am beyond frustrated. I have made dozens of request to get off your mailing list. I cannot figure out how to unsubscribe from your emails. How is that done? Trustpilot gives indication that > 63% of your customers think Roselinlin is a SCAM. I am in that group. I finally called your secret customer service number that I found on Trustpilot. Remarkably someone at Roselinlin answered and promised to get my email removed from you list. Not surprisingly, the emails have not stopped. I made a single order with you, disputed the charge with the credit card company when the order had not arrived after 90 days, got my money back and continued to received hundreds of unwanted emails from Roselinlin. Please respond to this email and tell me how to UNSUBSCRIBE from your emails or STOP sending me emails!!! I am about to email the Texas Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot to share my unpleasant experience with Roselinlin. Please respond! I sent this email to service@roselinlin as their email ad indicates and it immediately bounced (doesn't go through). These folks should be shut down!

Worst quality I’ve ever experienced. I immediately requested to return all of the items, but b/c the company is in China, it would have cost more than $100. I donated all of the items to a shelter. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered 162.00 worth of goods
I ordered 162.00 worth of goods. Items delivered one by one and I thought I could return in one shipment when items received. Come to find out this company is from China and you have to return them within 15days of receipt. It is in fine print under "tips". When I inquired with customer service - I find out there is nothing I can do and they offered 15% on ONE item out of 12 for alterations to fit me vs returning. Fabric was cheap - and I ordered XXL size and they were all small size 12 size. Items were made in Hong Kong. Really bad company and service

this company is only after one thing..to get your money from cheaply made and manufactured goods that are all made in China. Junk pure and simple! Their return policy most of the time is that you have to eat the purchase because you are never going to get exchanges or your money back nor even a response to an e-mail. Dont waste your money on any of these Chinese company scams!! This company does not even deserve one star. They are the WORSE company I have ever dealt with. I ordered seven dresses and one was not even like the picture. The other had really bad stitching. They offered my 15% refund. After I took pictures of the dresses they would not respond to my emails. DON"T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I don't know why they are allowed to sell online.

Received one item of my order. Terrible. Cotton turns out to be poly from China. yuck. want to return but that seems impossible to do. they say that the other 2 items are unshipped. Thank God. Hope they are not shipped or charged. Terrible scam. I found them looking for "made in America". Huh??????

This is the biggest fraud of a company I have ever encountered. Do not buy anything from this thieving individuals because you will receive rubbish and will also loose your money. The reviews you read are all false and the clothes it’s nothing like the photos online. The worse part they will never give your money back and the company address in China does not exist, like I have found out!!!

What a scam!
I ordered a dress from them and received a pair of sandals! They requested I send photos of sandals, package and paperwork that I received. Then they would "correct" the mistake. After sending the requested photos 5+ times I am giving up. They kept saying they never received the photos. I will never buy anything again from this company. What a scam..lesson learned.
