I placed a rather large order and only received half of it. Three months have passed and I am still missing two items. The two items I really wanted (but ended up ordering more to save on shipping). DO NOT PURCHASE anything with a picture on it. It is actually an iron-on (like you get at the boardwalk) and makes the garment look really cheap. I am so disappointed and will never order from them again.

I don't think this company is trustable. I returned the merchandise in July 2019 which costed me $27.75. I got back the returned envelope from China on January 14th, 2021 without any explanation. I don't know why it was returned. The address was clearly stated on the envelope that the company supplied and I printed out. I pasted the address on the envelope. Inside envelope were two pairs of pants I purchased around May 2019. I did not like them at all. It was not what I thought and wanted to get rid of them even though it costed me a lot of money to send back. The company answered me when I got the returned envelope, it says that unless they received the merchandise, they won't refund. Yes, it is reasonable to say, but why it was returned? Was it Chinese Custom's fault? Or other explanation can be that the company rejected to receive although the company claims that they have never rejected any return. I printed out the address that the company gave. The address was clearly stated on the envelope. When I checked the review of the company, the 60 % of people rated the worst. I am now one of them. Be buyer aware!

I have never been on a website with so many great designs to choose from. My summer tee and Tulip style legged slacks were exactly like the picture on their web page. My winter items have not come yet but I am excited to get them. BEST STYLES EVER!
I like this unique clothing company a lot. They have responded to me each time I've inquired about a late item or an item that was never delivered. They have even refunded me for an item that was out of stock. And quickly too. They are polite, responsive and I'm going to re-order from them today.
Item not received after 2 months, unsatisfactory response
On Nov 16, 2020 I ordered 2 items. One item was delivered on 12/22/20. The other item seems to be stuck in Atlanta since 12/21/20. There is no phone number to call them. I have emailed with customer service multiple times and they keep telling me to wait, although it has been almost 2 months since my order. I've asked for a refund and they ignore my request. My order number is HBQDB0016119.
Note that in their response they ask for my order number, which I already provided. It is a stock response and I have not heard from them, so they obviously don't intend to do anything for me.

The product looks nothing like the pictures and it comes from China. Dont buy it. Also to return it you must send it all back to China at your cost. Absolute rubbish. Also they offer a refund if you decide you don't want to keep it but cant afford to return it - then when it comes down to getting the refund it never happens. Ive sent lots of emails back and forth but with no luck, they keep maintaining that I ordered only 2 items when I ordered 9. My total cost was $165 for the clothes and would have cost me $99 to send them back, or keep them for a 35% refund. So far theyve given me $10 refund. Forget it, don't buy, you will loose all your money and be very disappointed.

Just AWFUL. I carefully read the return policy before buying, but what they don’t tell you is how difficult they make it for you to return items. They prefer to repeatedly offer you a small refund which in the end I accepted as by then I had no confidence they would give me a full refund if I returned the clothes. I bought 6 dresses. One was nice and fitted. One I had altered locally to fit (it was really badly made but had nice fabric). Four went to the op shop.

I feel ripped off. In fact, I was. They took my money, but nothing was delivered. Had to use PayPal's escalation service in order to get my money back. I would have preferred the product, but they played a game, saying they would be sending soon. Meanwhile, the time has nearly expired to escalate. I didn't fall for it, though. You shouldn't, either. It is January 6th 2021, and I still haven't received all the items from my 9/25/20 order. I looked carefully at Roselinlin's website before ordering, but could not tell that they were a Chinese company -- they go to great pains to hide that at the US facing website. When I wanted to return items I was told that I'd have to ship them to China and pay both shipping and customs fees, which added up to more than the items were worth, so I kept them and accepted the offered partial refund instead. This should have been disclosed on their website, all it says is 'easy returns'.
The quality of the items received ranged from average to poor (cheap fabric and construction).

They remove the bad ones and then add several good ones to make up for the bad ones. I'm 50 years old and the quality of the clothes was the lowest of any site I've ever purchased from. I've ordered from Amazaon, WalMart, Kohls, Shein, many others. Never experienced anything like this. The pictures are intentionally misleading with fabrics, lengths, fit that look nothing like items received. Horrible quality, almost comical. I might not receive a couple items - its been over a month. TOTAL SCAM. I can show pic comparisons between what is on their web site and what I received.

Of the set of seven items ordered, one came. Then I tracked the other to my apartment building. I went down daily after but didn t get it. After calling the Post Office, they have in their report that it was placed in a safe place; the lobby of about 400 homes; about 1000 residents. My argument with the PO was that that couldn t be a safe place. I was advised by the PO that a claim could only be made by the sender of the products.
I contacted Roselinlin to let them know that they are the only ones who could make the claim. We had at least 20 emails going back and forth about following up with the post office. Every time a different person responded and would not answer if they contacted the post office. I even gave them the link to the Ombudsman to apply for the refund of the cost of the products. They say they have policies but would not tell me what they are. Everyone who answered me suggested a different % refund. Who is to say if they got the refund from the Ombudsman and just want to give me a percentage. Frustrating customer service. BTW I later saw one of the dresses I ordered at my local mall for half the price...

The photos of the products, descriptions and return policy in Roselinlin website are misleading to say the least, I purchased a considerable amount of items to give me a good idea of the overall quality, and as an avid consumer I can tell you that what they are really selling has nothing to do with their advertised pictures, in my opinion it is HORRIFIC quality!! Item descriptions are misleading and their customer service makes me think they don’t care if people return the items because the items are so cheap that they will still make a profit, this is NOT how we do business in America! And here is the best part, It doesn’t say ANYWHERE in their return policy that items would need to be returned TO CHINA on your dime!
That would have been a red flag to me and I would have never ordered anything from this store. IS A SCAM!
