I ordered several blouses in my usual size and they were very small. When I emailed customer service to return them I received an email back stating that it would cost more to send them back (TO CHINA!!) so they offered a 20% discount to keep them. What choice do I have!??!! I think this is terrible and there is no mention of anything like this when ordering. Now let's see if I get my 20% back...won't order again!

I will update this once I see how the return process works. Everything was too small. The material for the summer dresses I bought wasn’t remotely like what is shown in the picture. I love the colors, I love the designs, they just look like they were put together by a 10-year-old. You need to pay for return shipping and I got almost a $200 order so it’s probably gonna cost me $40 out of pocket to return. I’ve seen some pretty horrible experience with the return policy with this company so I will give them more stars when I see how it works out. I want to see if they stand behind their products in their policies.

Don't order from Roselinlin they ship you something totally different from the pictures and quality
I ordered multiple items from Roselinlin and was very disappointed. Everything I ordered looking nothing like the pictures and they sent the wrong sizes. I ordered a green running shoe size 7.5 and I received size 9. I ordered a pair of green pants that looking nothing like the image and was of very poor quality. The white sweater I ordered was of very poor quality and also looked nothing like the picture. When I contacted them they tried to say that they shipped the right size despite multiple pictures confirming the wrong size.

March 2, 2021 If I could give this a O, I would. I ordered 8 items on November 19, 2020 and thus far received one. Each time I contacted the company, I would be told an excuse and to be patient.
On Sunday on their live chat, I finally told them to refund my money. We’ll see what happens now. I’m glad I saved all my emails to and from them and I took pictures of the on line chat. I’m owed $79.06.
The item I received was very nice, but I wouldn’t want to go through this hassle again.
It took them forever to just tell me they were located in Hong Kong and their products are made in China.

Unbelievable bad quality. Shoes say they are leather....they are not. They say returns are easy, if you don’t read the fine print (like me) it costs more to return the items to China than the price of the items!
They will negotiate a refund for you. First 15%, then 25% and so on. What a scam.

very unhappy with my purchase and the return policy
I purchased I blouse from Roselinlin and when I got it, it didn't quite look like what I ordered. The Material was cheap looking. I ordered a size small and it looked like a size large. I could swim in it. I followed steps to have the blouse returned. I got a quick answered except I was told that the blouse had to be shipped to some place out of the country (I think China).and I would have to pay for the shipping. I was warned that It would take a long time before I could have my money returned in stead I could take a 15% of the purchase price returned to me and use that money to have the blouse altered. It would have to be remade totally and that would cost more than what I originally paid for it, plus more. I am so disappointed in their return policy and the quality of the blouse. I will never again order from this company.I am happy for those who are statisfied with their purchase, but as for as my experience goes, I do not recommend this company.

Clothes are disgusting. The sizes are way off. The material is stitched uneven. They said I could return - I paid $45 to return. I followed their instructions perfectly to return. I folded all nicely back and put in the correct bags, I returned within 5 days as they requested. Mailed back 7/20/20 and I never got my refund back. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Very stressful especially in the middle of a pandemic. I contacted them via email 2 other times with NO RESPONSE, asking when my refund money will be back. They are theives ~ this is a scam!

This company is a scam unfortunately. Any positive reviews are fake and auto-generated. Don't be fooled. The product that arrives will look nothing like what you ordered. if you search 'rosalinlin scam' you will find countless people saying the same thing. The company does not refund customer's money. You pay for the goods, then you pay to return them, but you'll never get your refund. I've been waiting over four months. As you'll see from other reviewers, this is common practice.

I bought a jacket from Roselinlin and it was delivered to my mailbox but being 70 and handicapped I count not get it for a few days because of covid. Ordered clothes as the pictures on website look very good quality. Uk website office in Essex so all looked ok
After 4 weeks the goods arrived
They clearly used the good photos and made cheap bad quality copies in China ..which is why it took that long to arrive
A rip off ... I tried continuously to contact customer services .....several weeks passed before I got an answer...several more weeks before I got a returns label
which was addressed to China even though they have an office in Rayleigh Essex...
They kept offering 15% discount for me to keep the garments . My goods cost £110
I used Royal Mail service which cost £20 to send to China
I contacted Customer Services after a week or so to get my refund and they claimed not to have received anything
I checked with Royal Mail and they had delivery details
I contacted Roselinlin who said they had not recvd anything
This was in November 2020
Yesterday 1st February 2021 I received my package back
It was unopened from when I posted it 3 months ago
They clearly have no intention of refunding anything
I cannot believe after all of these BAD reviews that they are still operating...
This is a total RIP OFF and Trustpilot should investigate
otherwise what is the point of having a review site ?

I ordered pillows for a friend. She received COVERS, instead. While they only cost $6 each, the shipping charges were $12.99, way more than they should have cost. If actual pillows had been sent, I could see paying a little more for shipping. However, they arrived in an envelope that should have only cost $3.00, at the most. Trying to return them is a major chore, and I have to pay return shipping charges. I contacted BBB, who couldn't find a phone number and the address, apparently, was bogus. This company has an F rating with BBB. I don't like false advertising and paying overpriced shipping charges.

The patterns are WHACK. I ordered 2 hundred $ of clothes. They were badly mis-sized. I ordered L but could not get most on my M/L body. Some fabrics were very inferior, not wearable, like paper. I have had a horrendous experience and am out of pocket by almost £70
I have had a horrendous experience which today got worse.
I placed an order in July 2020, received the parcel in August and after some backwards and forwards managed to get the Return Address to return 4 items that did not fit.
I returned the items in August 2020.
I have never received my refund and today I found out why ... I received my Return Parcel back.
So items that don't fit me have gone all the way back to China and then back to me.
In the global Pandemic, this has take 5 months.
