Rose Lin Lin FALSELY advertises clothes that are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what you actually get! FAKE
First off I hate that Rose Lin Lin are such scammers, I would highly recommend staying away from them!
I am absolutely gutted after my husband for my birthday gave me money as I had seen the Rose Lin Lin site and the clothes they advertise looked nice and at reasonable prices, but what they sent was MOSTLY GARBAGE.
Everything about the crap they send is GARBAGE!
NONE of the prints are the same as on the website!
NONE of the cuts are the same as on the website!
NONE of the sizes are correct!
NONE of the fabrics match the fabrics on the website!
I've attached samples of just two items along with what they are SUPPOSED to be like, they VERY clearly are nothing like the website photos in any way!
Unfortunately I didn't google them before plonking down several hundred on a number of tops. When they arrived my excitement turned to horror as I pulled out one cheap material and badly made top after another.
I thought I had gotten something wrong, NONE of the clothes looked like the website, they were all cheap shiny type material, with sizes that ranged from roughly my size (small - size 8) to what would be a size 14. Most were around size 12 to 14, but were still labelled as a small, and the entire design and cut was nothing like what I ordered against.
So I contacted them to find out what I can do, well, trying to get a refund is impossible. Rose Lin Lin deliberately do this sly act where they ship your items in dribs and drabs over many weeks, if you want a refund because they sent wrong or faulty items, you have to send them back within 2 weeks at your own cost, and most they said they wouldn't accept back. So sending them back in numerous parcels outweighs the possible refund!
As with many other sites reviewers have also said when they've returned clothes Rose Lin Lin just says they haven't received them, so bad luck.
What makes it worse is before the items arrived, I had bought several more lots of clothes, and managed to get the unshipped ones refunded.
But here's the rub, about another 12 items were marked as shipped, so they wouldn't let me get a refund on them. But a WEEK later, I got an email that they had just been processed and shipped!
So they LIE, they CHEAT, and if you try to send any of their crap back, they also claim they NEVER RECEIVED it!
I'm now battling Paypal over this, and if necessary I will also contact my bank to see if any sort of charge back is possible here!
ALSO, beware the false reviews, many other review sites have already removed MANY reviews that were very obviously shill reviews!

I ordered five tops and they arrived today. To my surprise they were better looking in person than the picture showed.

Product is cheap and unusable. My tops had bad stitching and way too long They ship from China and do not take returns. They will offer a small amount of a refund like 5%. Ut they are very difficult to deal with.

You're getting clothes from China so it will take MONTHS to arrive and don't even think about returning or exchanging because the shipping feeds will cost you a fortune, not worth it. The clothes were so cheap looking when they arrived - they looked nothing like the photos. BEWARE. Order LEAG0845005 - I sent back your clothes, send my refund!!

I had looked at the Roselinlin website and was impressed by the images of clothes advertised, the style and colours used.
Having just received a redundancy payment l thought l would treat myself to a few items.
What a mistake! when the package arrived l could not have been more disappointed the design, fitting and quality of manufacture was terribly inferior - nothing like the clothes advertised.
I returned the items to Roselinlin, by Royal Mail track and sign. After months of waiting and receiving pathetic excuses from the company about the package being stuck in customs Royal Mail eventually told me that Roselinlin had actually refused to take the package and China post had returned it.
My advise is DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ROSELINLIN, they are not honest and the website is a complete front for a third rate operation with no business etiquette. Terrible experience.

Months later and I am still waiting for my refund .i stand by what i say. buyers beware. your items will come from china which is not listed on their site. the return process is horiffic...they will not refund you.the kicker is these people didnt have any positive reviews in 3 days and all of a sudden in one day they had several back to back positive reviews.i wouldnt be surprised if these reviews came from the people who work there.these people are not only crooks but shady.I am telling and blogging on all social media sites to inform people to stay away.
I haven’t bought a darn thing here. But, given that all the 5-star “reviews” sound like they were written by the same person in broken English, or English as a second language, well, that’s warning enough for me.

This could be one of my worst experience with online-shopping. I was so disappointed with their response, not dealing with my inquiry of delivery schedule and/or request of cancell and refunds for some of the items not delivered because of no-stock in warehouse.
They replied me the items will be coming soon, but, practically, they hadn't ship me the items and they replied me the 'formatted answer' with 'your items will be sent soon after stock arrives'.
After more than one year, I have NOT received the remaining items (2 ea) nor refunds ($57 total) at all.
I'm still waiting for their proper response !!!

This review is an update. Some months ago I posted a review with regards returning items and waiting for a refund...... I am still waiting 3 months later....
I have been continuously fobbed off and told that the package has not arrived with them yet. It was handed over to the delivery courier in Shanghai on the 2nd November!!
I was told to contact Royal Mail to see what has happened and now they have sent me this message “Only after we receive your return package INTACT successfully, can we refund or exchange for you. If the parcel is lost /gets caught by Custom on the way to us, our Customer Service Team will NOT offer any compensation option.“
I cannot tell you how frustrating this has been. I have given them untold tracking information and proof that the parcel is there but they refuse to help... and I suspect I will never see my money. Please please please do not buy from this company.... the clothes are of a very poor quality and obviously the customer service is appalling.

False advertisement. All of the products I ordered for my wife had been extremely bad copies of the products from the ad photos. Different materials, mostly cheapest polyester you can't even touch.
Some of the products are made of cotton luckily, but for an example, if you ordered a second-hand look washed out t-shirt, you will get the plain cotton with similar colour. Or parts of polyester print that I guess should resemble the real thing. My wife will use these cotton shirts as a pjyamas but some of the products were more expensive and made of such a bad material that it just can't be used for anything.
They didn't reply to us to get the return address for 10 days and when they did they said it was too late to return the products.

Ordered $200 of clothing, 2 months later still have not received entire order. The lovely website photos are totally deceptive: my "cotton-blend" top with real embroidery turns out to be cheap shiny polyester with the embroidery *printed* blurrily on the fabric!
My cardigan was described as "open-knit cashmere" - I didn't expect cashmere for $30, but I did expect a knitted fabric as shown in the photo (t-shirt material, at the very least). Instead, it's a shiny, nonwoven, papery fabric, again with a printed pattern in garish colors with none of the detail of the photo. Just really nasty clothing.
A free bracelet, one hat, and a pair of socks were okay (5% of my order cost), not enough to raise my rating. They offered me 15% cash instead of returning but I can see from other reviews that I'm unlikely to see any money.

BAD BAD CHINESE COMPANY...... I wrote my bad experience but disappeared anyway
1. delivery took 3 months from the online order
2. Everything wrong either too short, small or too big etc
3. Poor quality
4. You have to pay for returning to China cost a lot and no guaranteed for refund
5. They offer me 15% discount to keep the items instead of return and I said yes but I never get responded from them or money

I can’t say strongly enough - do not buy from this company!
My package arrived with a hole in it and items missing back in May.
I have been offered 30% 40% and 50% discounts (not in that order!) but not a refund despite doing everything asked with regard to proof.
I’ve had to go to PayPal but the dispute remains outstanding - the items went missing in May, I reported it to PayPal in Sept and I’m still going!
Now I find out I haven’t received a refund for the goods I returned (after a massive debate with the company).
A hard lesson learned but Seeing similar companies on Rip Off Britain I will tread very carefully again!

Do Not Be Fooled by the FAKE Pictures and FAKE Positive Reviews
I’m always wary of things that seem too good to be true. But, hey, why not give this site a try? Such attractive styles at such low prices. I started by ordering one tee shirt and it was fine, although the shipping was $12 for a $14 tee. That should have set off a red flag. But no, I had fun choosing five summer dresses. They did not arrive until the fall. They were horrible. The styles do not match the photographs. The colors are wrong. They do not fit. I ordered all the same size, and some are way too tight and some are way too big. Worst of all, the fabrics are not as described. A lovely looking “cotton” dress is actually some kind of cheap, shiny nylon or rayon. It was pictured and described as “v-neck” and instead has a tight mandarin collar. Enter so-called “customer service.” After weeks of negotiating to return them and get a refund, I am stuck. If you try to return something, you’ll get a lot of instructions to photograph labels and finally a return label to China. When you’ve followed all the instructions and take your package to the post office you’ll find that it costs more to return than the merchandise is worth. Ultimately, after getting a refund for a few dollars, I will donate the five dresses to the next church tag sale that comes up in our neighborhood.
