I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with Rubber Flooring. It's definitely disappointing when a company fails to deliver on their promises and provide adequate customer service. I have reviewed your order and I see that a replacement order was created for you 4858776 and should be expected to be shipped tomorrow. This stil does not excuse the fact that our customer service did not contact you again after the call had disconnected and I apologize for that. I did see that there was a $20.00 refund requested for you as well due to the issue with the incorrect address on the initial order. That refund has been processed as well.

Megan, Thank you for letting us know about your concerns as they are very valid. I was able to see that your Cae manager Dori is working on resolving the issue for you with the delay on the 4 8mm Strong Rubber Rolls. She has contacted the production facility as they have advised they missed the Quickship on the order and apologized and we will be refundng you for the additional cost you paid for quickship and we are working with the mfr to have them ship your order asap. The order is shipping from North Carolina to PA and so approxiate transit time should be about 3-4 business days. I apologize for this issue you experienced but I can assure you are in excellent hands with Dori and if you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to ask for more help.

James, thank you for letting us know about the issue with the refund. I agree after reviewing the order, it looks like their should have been a refund on the shipping and tax for the 1 missing tile. I have sent the info over to your case manager so he can get that corrected for you. My apologies. Please allow 3-5 business days to see that refund back to your account.

Your order was placed on 5/27 which was a Saturday and our warehouse is not open over the weekend so the order was cut and shipped on Wednesday 5/31 which shipped sooner than lead time shown on your receipt that was May 30 - Jun 2. Hello Barry, I do see this order was placed back on 07/16/2022, I was unable to locate any communication from you to us requesting assistance regarding the odor or "gassing off" That occurs with rubber products. Here is some information that can be used. An all natural rubber floor cleaning solution you can use is to mix one cup of white vinegar into a gallon of hot water. This mixture can be applied with a mop, sponge, or cloth in order to clean and disinfect the floor. Add a squeeze of lemon, or a few drops of the essential oil of your choice to the concoction for a fragrant effect. You can also use a mild dish soap instead of the vinegar in this solution. You can also mix them all together to create an even more potent cleanser. As always the ratio of water to cleaning agent will determine how concentrated and effective the cleaner will be. In all cases, the water used should be warm to hot, and the mix should be changed frequently to keep it clean. A final option to minimize the smell of the rubber is a product such as Prochem Fluorosil Odor Neutralizer which is a professional cleaner and deodorizer that is suitable for both virgin and recycled rubber floors. It effectively helps to neutralize the smell of the rubber- an excellent choice if you are sensitive to the smell of rubber flooring and can be found at a local Home Depot or Lowes.
