AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING November 28th, 2021 Very slow old servers and terrible support and scammers. The agents will lie to you to get you to spend your money with this company and transfer your servers and domains. Strongbold domain privacy is a scam, you pay extra money for nothing and this company will sell out your domains and your personal information to third parties for money. Support will lie to you but can never do what they say and only works 9:00-6:00 but they say they are 24/7.

Hello, We believe this review was written in regards to your domain suspension. Do note that your domain was suspended by registrar, and not us. Your domain was flagged as a rogue pharma domain by registry in which a valid pharma domain license is required in order to retain the domain name. Our abuse department notified you accordingly and gave you 24 hours to respond accordingly in order to transfer out the domain. We only received a reply from your end 9 days after the notification was sent. As it was a mistake on your end for not checking your mail, registrar went ahead and suspended your domain. It is also up to the discretion of registry if they would allow the domain to be transferred out or not. Seeing as you only responded AFTER the domain was suspended, registry locked the domain and did not allow the domain to be transferred out. Hence, the accusations in the review you have posted is totally untrue as we have support teams working 24/7 managing our ticketing platform and the many positive reviews on our platform says otherwise as well. Furthermore, you neither have any active hosting plans with us nor was your domain even a Strongbolt domain. We also do not sell nor give out any of our clients’ information to any third parties as our clients’ privacy is our number one priority. Therefore, this is yet again, a false accusation on your end.

Ignoring Copyright/DMCA Notice

Update 2022: Notice all the users leaving reviews only have 1 review on theIR account and it's ONLY for this site? That should already tell you something, SCAM! Update 2: This company still hasn't removed it and for what a couple bucks? What a joke. I created this originally. The laws where you are state the person who created the original works is the legal owner to the works. You have 7 days before I file against your company for failing to comply. Furthermore, you tried to get this review taken down and you failed because it is true. Do your job. Simple. I have a lawyer where your company resides. Good luck. Update: The company asked for my info and still did not remove the said content. If this review is still up it means that they have not done anything. If they're ignoring this I can imagine how the support is for their customers. Replying to emails and tickets should be top priority. Still think it's a good company? I'll update my review accordingly. I got sick of your company not taking action. Therefore, I've filed a Google DMCA against the infringing site which means it will impact the website SEO. Which means it will likely affect sites using the same IP address from your hosting. Which means people shouldn't buy your hosting and take the risk of getting that IP. Which means it might be a good idea to remove that content now to avoid this? Also, I've already reported the content to Paypal too. Which means customers won't be able to buy from this person anymore, which means they won't have a reason to use your hosting services. Which means you will be out of a customer. I don't know how your company handles Copyright, but in North America, it's taken seriously. All you had to do was take down the content. It's that simple.
