I've been a very satisfied customer of Shinjiru for 4-5 months and then I had to cancel my service. Their team was ultra kind. Skype support was awesome. Kinda got an issue though sadly when my VPS started getting ddosed. Shinjiru couldn't do anything about it. I mean they didn't like even offer anything. I still have my domain with them and I am satisfied though to be a customer of theirs. Even like this. Nothing beats their privacy and the freedom of speech they offer. I just can't believe how great of a company they are. Maybe the one of the only issue in regards of technical issues: 1st) They don't offer KVM VNC or KVM Custom ISO Installation. 2nd) They don't have DDoS protection. Other than that, their accounting was good. They never scammed me. They always treated me kind. So, what else?

I rarely write reviews of company's as most are fruitless.. But I will also write about this one. I finally got my website up on Shinjiru, as always there are always issues when just starting.. I had a few instances in last 2 weeks when my webmaster, uploaded my site to go live. A few issues occurred as we proceeded. I contacted the support group via Skype as not expecting much, from dealing with so many other company's, this was a surprise.. and a good one. They answered in a very reasonable amount of time, just a few minutes.. Showed then the issues (3 of them throughout the week) and every time they fixed, and explained to me what I need to do, or they just fixed the issues for me and then explained what happened and the fix when I asked them to. i have had 3 business websites in the past.. 3 on different services and i was not to impressed by the others.. I bit the bullet and signed up with Shinjiru, and to tell you the truth, I am happy I did.. As I was looking for a offshore NON DMCA hosting.. i am not sure just how that part will be as of yet, shall see in the near future I am sure... so can't comment on that yet... But, their overall sales department, while I was signing up, and the follow up support has been quite amazing over all.. I did have an issue with the support once.. in the evening, as they did not respond well nor did they try to help with an issue i had that to me was urgent.. as their support on Skype ends at 7pm local time here. So I can tell you as with all company's it will be hit and miss with caring support people.. That was the only 1 issue of concern I had.. But before and every contact I had since.. Has been more than I can ask.. I will can not give a 5 due to that 1 instance, and the fact that I have yet to see their DMCA Ignore promise work yet.. I will update this review after that. But can can honestly say that they (Singapore) division has been outstanding in virtually every way so far. i don't think you would be disappointed with their hosting. Give them a serious look and thought for sure.

I found Shinjiru online searching for off shore website hosting, they gave a good amount choices, and I threw a little faith in the reviews, it paid off. i have had other well known hosts over the years, but Shinjiru specializes in my needs far beyond the other hosts. i recently had to use their live chat (Skype) to help settle an issue I was having on my end. To my surprise, they answered in seconds, helped in reality within minutes and gave me all the info they needed to. All I can say to everyone who reads this. No BS, if your looking for an offshore host, with some extras that few other have.. give them a serious look. god, I sound like a commercial.. But the above is a serious review and an earnest one.
