I have been working with them for over 2 years now. It is crazy what I have been through with Sib. From the very beginning as a young dropshipper from 1-3k a Month to stable 100k months. Of course, we had a few problems here and there - but that is just business. Which is why I still rate the service 5 out of 5 - without them stable 100k Month would not have been possible. We did branded packaging together and we were able to buy in stock and work with their warehouse. I am still in contact with my Agent Robbie everyday through WhatsApp. He has always been professionell, and I have always had the option to ask question about everything. If you are a dropshipper looking for a good Agent - Sourceinbox (SiB) is a good way to start with. Everything works with their own Shopify App connection. So you can easily fulfill 100+ Orders within 3-5 clicks. I can recommend :)
Fantastic for beginners!
Been working with the guys from SourcinBox for years now and can tell you that it is far superior than AliExpress, especially for beginners. Prices are 95% of the time even cheaper than AliExpress, sometimes by miles cheaper! One thing I would love to see is an alternative payment method to PayPal, but other than that, it is the most stressfree solution for everyone starting out in the industry!

Used SourcinBox for my shopify store. Very beginner friendly and easy to find around. If you don't know what is where you can always just ask the support which needed 1 day maximum for me to respond. You also get a personal customer manager, whos helping you to master the difficultys of selling and managing your product. My personal customer manager was Celia Lee. Always friendly and responded quickly to find solutions to the problems that came up with my shop. Very respectful and polite person 🫶 went above and beyond to help as best as she could. Can only recommend!

Unfortunately, sourcinbox did not deliver, no pun intended
Really disappointed My experience with them has been problematic. At first it took them over a week to even ship my product. It was only when I asked for a refund that they said it was shipped. The reason for the wait was a missing product. Then after it was finally sent out, the package came and it wasn’t as described. I ordered weighted plush toys, and I got overpriced regular plush toys. When I spoke to my manager about it, they were insistent that I misunderstood the title and the name of the toy was “weighted”. That’s like ordering a blue pillow and getting a pink one and saying the name was “blue pillow”. Incredibly decietful and false advertising. Incredibly disappointed in the product, but even more my manager Peri Dada for the way they have handled it. False advertising, and nothing but problems. Definitely sticking to a more reputable supplier from now on. EDIT: I appreciate that you took the time out to correct this for me. I don’t appreciate that I have to write a negative review to be heard. Before I wrote this, I was told that a refund wasn’t possible, and there was no plan to rectify the name on the listing for future buyers. It seems as though appearances are what matters most, rather than good customer service and fixing the problem. No accountability being taken, and a lot of blame being placed. A pretty unprofessional response which solidifies my point. “Sorry that the product name made you confused.” (Rather than sorry for the incorrect translation.) Next time I’ll be sure to ask if the ‘weighted plush toys’ are weighted, and plush toys 🤦♀️ smh Regardless, it’s good to know that the description will be changed so future buyers are not mislead again. Maybe working on a solution to the problem, rather than placing blame on your customers will take you guys further as a company. I look forward to donating the toys to children who are in need and will cherish them 🫶🏼

Mainly the accuracy of the translation caused the misunderstanding between you and our customer manager. As we checked with the supplier, "Weighted dinosaur plush doll" should mean "Fat dinosaur plush doll" in Chinese; when we name the plush toy with extra stuffing, we would prefer words like "Heavy". Nevertheless, we've changed the title of this product to avoid further midunderstanding. 2. The communication between you and us was not specific enough to cover the detail in this respect before you placed the order to us. We reiterate that we were not intentionally trying to mislead anyone. We will try our best to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. To YOUR EDITED REVIEW: Good communication is most appreciated. Things didn't have to go this way. We didn't even discuss the "weighted" matter specifically. We've been supplying the exact same products to other people with no problem before your case. We don't think you and us understood each other well enough before you left the review here and there. We are dealing with thousands of products from different manufacturers, and we are sorry that the product name made you confused. When you are looking for products with specific features from any supplier or agent else, please make sure you check with them clearly before making payment to avoid this kind of unpleasant situation for all parties concerned. We have worked with Sourceinbox for about 3 years now. If it weren't for them, we wouldn't be able to run our business with ease like we do today. This company is a serious company that really follows up and we have never experienced them not keeping their promises and not once has there been any unprofessionalism from their side. We can't even describe how thankful we are for our manager Mia/Enni - she has NEVER not kept a promise, she always replies fast and always inform us if there should be any changes or if she isn't available (which is almost never, because she is always working and is always available for us) so that we always stay up to date.
