Very much enjoying my Gym Monster. Changing between the exercises is quick and efficient, and I'm always sore when I'm done (in the good way). I love not having to leave my home to get a gym quality work out. I like the Partner mode to work out with a friend as well. The weight is more than enough for me, and the accessories are of good quality, especially the bench, which is adjustable. Speediance customer service has been very responsive and helpful as well when I've contacted them.

So far, so good. I like the machine and how compact it is, and how versatile it is. The Bluetooth ring is slow until I added an external antenna on and I hope they come out with the voice command option to turn the weight.

I have been using gym monster since 2years now and it is a game changer for resistance training. I had option to purchase full functional trainer in garage vs this in my basement and I went with this which was eventually more easy for me to workout as garage gets cold in the winter. It has been smooth without much issues, the online FB community is also great help and customer service is generally spot on. I like that they are now expanding in Canada and also available on amazon. They are keep trying to improve and add more features like AI which is great. If they continue same way then this will turn out to be a great product.

The machine is very good for what it was meant to be for, weight training and exercise. We bought it directly from Speediance and it came in 2-3 days. They were out of some of the extra parts like the incline bench but it came after a week or so. Overall, good experience.

I received my GM2 Plus on Monday and just completed my first workout — very impressed so far! The cable pulleys run smoothly, and the software looks like it’s being actively updated. I’d love to see future support for my Garmin HR Bluetooth heart rate monitor, ideally with the ability to save entire sessions directly to the Garmin Connect app. Spotify integration would be another great addition. The delivery came in a large package, but the unpacking process was straightforward. Everything was securely packaged, and I opted for the extra insurance just to be safe. Overall, a great start with lots of potential!

I’m a caretaker for a cancer patient and find it difficult to go to the gym anymore. I was ready to purchase a Tonal when I stumbled across the Gym Pro 2. This machine is a dream come true. I can do all of the exercises I do at the gym, and they give me much better results. I was never this tired after working out at the gym. The Gym Monster is also portable unlike the tonal. I ended up moving my Gym Monster twice before settling ing on its final location. I could not have done this with the tonal. I also appreciate not being trapped in a monthly subscription. I am so happy that I own a gym monster. This has been one of my best healthcare decisions yet.

I found the aftersales support excellent after notifying them of an issue with the Bluetooth. They promptly got back to me after reaching out and have sent out a replacement. I can't comment about earlier or other reviews but my after sales experience with speediance support has been very positive

I understand why this company has almost a 50/50 split between 5 and 1 star reviews the machine and workouts are great and up until 2 weeks ago I would have given them 5 stars but my machine which is still under warranty went down the software won’t boot up which makes the machine useless. After 10 or more emails up and back with after sales support my machine is still down. I have sent them all the information they have asked for including pictures and its like they don’t even read the email I just get another email with a new question or the same question. I have performed all the task they requested of me such as taking off the back panel and doing a reset but the system remains down. They have no after sales phone support and being overseas if you do get an email response it is in the middle of the night or early morning in the US. It is a shame good product NO support.

They are a scam. I ordered speediance machine for 3k . They make you pay 300 for the delivery and the package being 150 kg you'd expect they deliver to the door , no they don't . And they don't say anything on shipping policy nore at checkout, you just pay and that's it . When I contacted them they said it's normal . The package is now stuck with the career because I can't lift it alone they asked them for additional fee for door delivery and they don't say anything since then . Don't buy Their customer service is very hard to contact and when you manage they go to voicemail or promise a callback they never honor.

They did not deliver the product on time. A cancellation was processed very slowly. They have yet to refund the full amount. There is no European address or customer support - basically you have no chance of making sure you get what you paid for. There is a high risk of dissatisfaction.

I questioned on how the company doesn't have any display models to try and that seems suspicious that they don't even have one gym monster unit to look at in person anywhere in the world. They have lost out on a sale as my suspicion that this was a fraudulent company was confirmed when they blocked me on everything and questioning them on my findings within the company. Do not buy you'll lose you're money. The positive reviews are off people connected to the company... the company also wasn't even registered until July 25th 2024. Yet apparently sold units before then. Do your homework on any big investment

We bought pretty much every product Speediance has for our new gym and so far (almost 2 months in) it's been awesome. Really solid products, offers so many options in comparison to our previous set up. Love the videos where trainers show how to do the movement, so it's easy to give something a go. The customer service rep (Hans for NL) has also been super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend
