Thank you for sharing your experience! For all installment plans powered by Splitit, you will see two transactions after checkout: 1. One is the temporary authorization (hold) on your card that guarantees your purchase. 2. The other is the first installment, which is charged immediately. We have not charged you in full; what you are seeing is the temporary authorization hold, plus your first payment. With Splitit, you get the benefit of only paying your monthly installment, plus all the benefits of paying with your existing credit card, no new loans or any additional fees! We hope this information addresses your concerns!
