Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you feel there is an error with your purchase on our behalf with pricing. It is important to note that each event and ticket listing on our website is individually coded. The website therefore has no way of altering what is selected at the time of checkout. The website dictates what is purchased purely based on user input. Additionally, if multiple tabs are open on a user browser, each tab would be a unique session with which the website would have no way of switching information from one session to another. Please reach out to us at (959) 223-1506 as soon as possible so we can assist you directly. Our team is available daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At the time the order was placed, all order details — including the delivery email address — were presented for review and confirmation prior to checkout. The tickets were initially delivered to the email address provided. After we were notified of the incorrect email, the address was updated and a retransfer was requested. Please note that once tickets have been delivered, retransfers are not guaranteed. If tickets have already been accepted, the seller is unable to recall or resend them to a different email address. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is accurate when the purchase is completed. Upon reviewing the order, I can confirm that the retransfer was successful and the tickets were delivered in time for the event.
