Will never buy tickets from Ticket Club ever again. Absolute scam. I paid $8,000 for World Cup tickets 4 months before the match for a work event. They emailed 1 week before to tell me the order could not be fulfilled.

We received our tickets about one week in advance, which was a relief. We could not upload them on the app at first, but agents online and over the phone helped us tremendously and efficiently, which was appreciated. The only thing we were concerned about is that about a month before the game, we received a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be our ticket transfer, knowing which game we were going to and which general section we were seated. It turned out to be a scam and we recognized this fairly early on but we were concerned he had this information, as we had not posted any of this information on social media, texted about it to friends, etc.
