Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disappointing it is when an order cannot be fulfilled, especially for a highly anticipated event. As a ticket marketplace, we work with verified sellers, but occasionally unforeseen circumstances may prevent a seller from delivering the tickets as expected. In these situations, we honor our guarantee by issuing a full refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We remain committed to providing a secure and transparent ticket-buying experience for our customers.
