Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you may be unsatisfied with your purchase. Due to the dynamics of a live marketplace we do operate on a final sale policy that has to be agreed upon prior to placing the order. Please note that clients are not able to select specific seat numbers on our website. This is due to two key reasons: Privacy and Security: Sellers who list tickets on our platform typically do not disclose exact seat numbers to protect their privacy and prevent potential security concerns. Seats are guaranteed to be side by side, and your seat numbers will be available upon delivery of the tickets. Ticket prices are set by the multiple sellers listing tickets on our site, and as stated on our website page may be above or below face value. We do hope you enjoy your event.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. Currently, we don’t offer PayPal as a payment option, but we appreciate your suggestion and will keep it in mind as we look for ways to improve. We're glad you enjoyed the rest of your experience and hope to serve you again soon!

Thank you for your purchases! We’re sorry to hear you had trouble with the app, but we’re glad you were able to access your tickets and enjoy the event through our website. We're continually working to improve the app experience, and your comments help us do better. We appreciate your support!
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how the pricing and membership benefits can sometimes be confusing. For our members, the primary benefit is that service fees are waived at checkout—this is automatically applied when you’re logged in, which is why you didn’t see those fees added to your total. If you have any questions about your membership or your purchase, our customer service team is always here to help. We appreciate your feedback and your membership!
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be when ticket delivery doesn’t meet expectations. We’re continually working to improve our processes and appreciate your feedback.
