OVERCHARGED
Iwas overcharged for item received. Emailing company gave me no results. Very disappointed. Item received was fine but I paid over double the price as advertised and ordered. I ordered two but received one. Will not buy from this company again!! RESULT! I have received my refund for the overcharge and I have now ordeted another electric hand saw from Tomtop. It took sometime to have issue resolved but all good in the end. So I will use this company to do business again. It just took patience and effort. The staff in the Support office were very helpful. I recently ordered a Hohem iSteady Pro 4 gimbal, but it was faulty—the Bluetooth didn't work, and it couldn't connect with my mobile. I requested a replacement, but they offered me €15 and eventually €30 instead. They refused to take the item back. To avoid losing all my money, I accepted the €30. Keep this in mind before buying anything from Tomtop.com. I lost €50 in the process and then bought another one from Amazon UK, which works perfectly.

Hands off! Does NOT work! Only trouble and a waste of time! NHT-4000W AC0-220V Thytistor Electric Voltage Regulator Hands off! The device does not work, cannot even regulate 60 watt AC fans. I even had to borrow a 60 watt fan according to the instructions from the hotline to prove that the regulator actually does not work. Then they wanted to see pictures or videos. I have shown with some pictures and videos that I have sent to the service that the device is not able to regulate from AC0-220V. Unfortunately, the device does not regulate anything, neither low nor high power. If the devices worked, they would have sent me one new. But they didn't, because they don't work. Or they would have offered to send me the device back and refund my money.

I ordered a bait boat RC2 weeks ago. Still haven't received any word on when it's gonna ship. Talk to customer service. They told me be patient. Give it 2 days. It will ship it's in high demand it's been two weeks steal nothing they've hit my account 300 hundred dollars The day I ordered it no customer service. Online support whatsoever live chat is non-existent. Been trying for days at this point I just want my money back
