Terrible products and no customer support for crappie Android TV boxes. I advise anyone not to buy Scishion V88 with rk3229 it is a junky box. One will come on but shutdown and then ask for password but I never used a password for recovery so it then goes back to factory settings. The next box comes on and then shuts off and will not come on for about a week. Leave this brand alone as I can tell it is a worthless product.

Although I've mostly been pleased with Tomtop, when I did decide to contact them about a spinner that arrived with a broken bearing, they did not answer or acknowledge either of my emails to support.

Good online dealer that needs a couple of slight improvements...
I ordered a phone...
- it took about a month to get to my place. The parcel packaging could have been a bit better since the phone box was banged up. The important thing is the phone works,
- the costumer service is pretty good. I was in contact with them over e-mail when I wanted to be updated on my order,
- the online shipping tracking needs improvement,
- they honour warranties. My phones screen started to burn out and I worked out a deal to get some money refunded so I can buy the replacement part (since I didn't want to send it all the way back to china for the warranty claim). The only thing is I wish they paid a bit more since I will have to probably pay more for the screen than they gave me.
With that said, I can recommend them and will probably buy from them again.

They have to improve the packages in their shipments, in the orders that I have made, all of them have arrived in poor condition, with low protection against manipulation and handling.
The prices are ok. Sometimes they send defective products but this can happen and at other stores. But if you have any problem FORGET about them! Customer service is awful, actually i can say they don't have any.
Relations with customer is very bad and when you ask something most of the times you will get Inadequate answet!

I had ordered a drone for my father inlaw's birthday. Sadly it never arrived. I was able to get a refund thru paypal however so at least I didn't lose my money. Despite this experience I have decided to try once again with this company by ordering a phone camera gimbal. Currently my order has been dispatched today. I did not get an email about this and had placed the order 5 days ago. At least the status has changed to dispatched. Hopefully I will actually receive my order this time! Stay tuned for more reviews on this company.

Bought a mp3 player that supposedly were waterproof . . Swam like 50 meters and it shut down. . . It worked as soon as it got dry and then it shut down after 50 meters . .that's not waterproof . . Only thing good about this company is that the delivery time was not bad. . . otherwise well they sold me something that didn't work and conveniently there was never a mail with confirmation of my order or a bill with my order number. . . so I have no order number and a non working mp3 player. . . Wouldn't recommend to anybody. . .
