I have received the tracking order and it's been waiting for 3 weeks since my correspondence with the support. Can you think of how long I have to wait? The order date is in May and now is already end of July it means is already taking almost 2.5 months for just a single delivery and the batteries that I ordered has already arrived and it is un-usable since I don't have the quadcopter that i ordered. I payed for a VISUO XS809W Upgraded Version quadcopter more than a month ago (17/6/2017) and I haven't received anything yet. I am located in Athens, Greece and in the brand's site it is mentioned that the shipping takes 11-12 business days !! I have contacted Tomtop support through live chat and after exchanging a few phrases they told me they are busy and suggested me to contact their support through email. I sent an email with my issue 4 days ago but I got no answer from them yet. I believe it is better to contact paypal and raise an argument.

But overall Il still like Tomtop, and will continue to shop there :)
My first expirience with TomTop was superb: fast processing, shipping and delivery (from Germany). But the i ordered 2 more items from this store (China) and then the problems strarted. First: they declare shipping times in offers - don't trust them - in reality they sending items when they can and 72 hours its only for show. Second: When you eventualy recive information about shipping there is'nt any tracking information; you will not find it either in your profile on website or in app Third: there is no support at all: i've send about 6 emails and chat messages regarding to delays in shipping, lack of tracking and no information at all. And gues what: i've recived no response to any of them. Last but not least: Cafago is in reality TomTop, so every above information aplays. So: this shop is nowhere close to Gearbest, Bangood or even Gamiss - i advise caution or buying items somwhere else. Update: i've recived one of ordered items but of course long beyond expected date and without information from the shop.So, to be honest, there instead great chance that you will receive ordered goods, but be prepared for some dosage of uncertainty.
