I made 2 orders, but only one arrived.
The after sales service was too slow, poor contact, but I was full reimbursed.
So my satisfaction index can not be greater than 50%.
UPDATE: Tomtop has refunded full amount of order below, after the initial post via paypal.
I have to admit that I was a bit reluctant on buying from tomtop, once I saw the reviews on trustpilot, but having positive experience with gearbest and banggood, I gave it a try.
All good with my first 6 (smaller, below 100 USD) orders, then the big order came (AA17F22K5747-BB6DNR, for a xiaomi scooter, 439.99 USD), it's been 3 months now since my order and there is no progress on this one. I see now that what others are saying here is true - I tried to contact them hundreds of times via chat, but seems like customer service is always offline, or when I got through they say "please be patience". I have been promised now for a week for a full refund (since the product is clearly not going to arrive) but it's only a promise. I put now all my hopes in Paypal, since tomtop customer service is clearly overwhelmed/offiline/understaffed and not honest whatsoever.
Bottom line: all ok, as long as you dont have to deal with any issues/complaints/customer service.
It is true, about the majority of reviews here, they offer a 2USD coupon for a positive review on trustpilot, but I think they are not the first or last ones doing this.

Variable quality items. Some of the items I've ordered I've been very pleased with but the last item (video camera) is poor quality.
I've had no response to my emails about it and the review I made isn't being shown.
They are also now offering vouchers for positive reviews on sites like this!

The delivery times are looong. I feel safer buying in TomTop than in AliExpress. I had no problem. It is nice if you don't have problems. Customer Service is moderately fast.
I hoped for a long-term cooperation, but I was disappointed in the store.
Some sort of bad delivery service is used, my product with proirity shipping can go 2 months. It's very bad.
And the store does not go online, nothing is going to do with it.
Not reccomended.

I was excited to get the product and although shipping did not take as long as some things coming from China. The product.... a foldable Drone itself was very good. Flew easily and the battery lasted way longer than I expected.
But...... after just few charges the battery seemed to not charge sometimes. Then it stopped charging at all. So I contacted Tomtop Support. Edited I am still evaluating Tomtop and will edit this review in the near future!

Four Stars - when they can get your products in at least two weeks!
Five Stars - when they can get your products in at least one weeks!
