I ordered a product on 8 August and expected it by month end. On 4 September I asked for delivery address to be changed because there was no longer anyone at the delivery address on most days. I was told tis cannot be done until it is returned to Tomtop as undelivered. I have not received responses to a number of my follow-up emails to the Support email address and I still have not received the product nor any indication of when it will be received. today is 11 October and this is totally unacceptable. At the least I expect replies to my emails. no reply to my 3 and 9 October emails. very frustrated.

Fast shipping but non-existent after sale or warranty support
I am importing for reselling locally in Australia. Tomtop offer to give me $2-5 coupon if I give a favourable review. But I am going to provide an objective opinion base on experience of buying many expensive drones from them.
Pro: Fast shipping and big range. Price is competitive when on sale.
Cons: Poor packaging with just thin plastic foam wrapping, some drone boxes (such as Spark and Mavic) came crushed or deformed. Not a good presentation for reselling.
Non-existent after sale and warranty support. I bought a Yuneec Typhoon H (supposed to be quality drone). However the control station defaulted in Chinese. No online documentation or forum could tell me how to change to English. I asked Support several times but never got the answer. Secondly, the drone battery was faulty (likely happens when a battery has been left in storage for a long time without being charged). Right now the $1000 drone is useless as the battery is dead so cannot fly it. I have spent many weeks trying to get Tomtop Support but they were either evasive with the response, or most of the time, did not bother to respond.
My advice: Don't expect to get after sale support or warranty from this mob.

Tomtop is a good place to by eletronic products, even quadcopters drone.
They needs to improve the comunication with your customers, and needs to ship the orders more fast.
In general i recomend my friends to buy there.
Watch out!!!
Tomtom has just proposed me via email a $2 coupon for a positive opinion.
This type of commercial method makes me doubt the objectivity of all the positive feedback here.
If the product works, I expect that this is a great company to buy from. They are cheap and prompt. My experience was as SatNav which did not work. I sent them photos to show the problem as requested. They then asked for videos. I sent them too (with file size hassles resolved eventually). Tomtop eventually agreed to refund if I returned the product at my expense. I did, to the address that they gave me. The parcel was returned to me by Royal Mail marked "addressee gone away". Tomtop would not give me a different address but suggested that I return it (at my expense again)... that was doomed to fail because the Royal Mail think that the addressee has gone away.
I ended up accepting a partial refund just to end the hassle of regular emails (which went on for months). So in the end I paid £10 (the unrefunded part of the price) plus the return postage cost (wasted because "addressee has gone away) for some kit that did not work.
On the plus side the emails were courteous. They obviously have pleasant people working for them, straightjacketed by procedures that aren't great for customers.
Overall, I'd spend a bit more and buy from someone else. You never know... you might get lucky and get something that works.

Product came quicker than expected, haven't really had a chance to use it, having trouble getting it to charge... when we plug it in can't turn it off, will need to call customer service. Will change rating once everything is set up.

I am giving 2 stars because i shop 1st and last time i have got my product safely but the problem is that tomtop have really very poor customer service when you email them they reply after 3 days and give you just excuses and there chat service is always busy i am not saying they are spamer or stolen people money.
Only they have to improve customers service

My first (and probably last) experience with TOMTOP:
Ordered battery for DJI drone. In 5 weeks TOMTOP wasn't able to give any tracking number for the order, nor reacted anyhow to my question about the product on their non-functional support chat nor answer to several of my emails.
Problem solved by resolve the problem through the PayPal resolve center (again with not a single response from the shop representatives).
In the end, I have last my money back (thanks to PayPal customer protection).
I bought a camera that not working out of china and tomtop only offer my 2€.
