I received the product as expected. It had inaddequate information. I need a part. I have contacted customer service. I have written to customer service 3 times. I got only one response which stated "write us back in 2 days". I did write back and still no response. I plan to buy more stuff, but I will pay just a little more to be able to get a response from customer service.

The service from the company was as scheduled; ordered 31 Jan and delivered to local main post office by DHL on 13 Feb. The item was as described and worked satisfactorily although they take getting used to best practice. However, the post office slapped on custom duties so that £19 became £31 which was more than if I had gone through Amerzon shop. I searched the website and eventually found an entry about customs duties. This should have been flagged up on the ordering and payment pages.

I can't write a review of the product or shipping or customer service yet due to not having received the product, but it does appear that Tomtop is very interested in getting customer feedback. They are offering customers 2-5 dollars for writing reviews. The product is not a genuine but is not a problem was for me, I bought L.O.L confetti pop but received lil sister. When I tried to talk to customers services - they like don't want to understand - I was telling them that wrong item and they like "if you don't like return" or " where is the problem ". It's like I have been talking to myself. Very disappointed 😞

The money you save is not worth the hassle of ordering from TomTop. I placed an order with TomTop and the product works just fine. The trouble came in receiving the order. It took months to arrive and the support from TomTop was condescending and unhelpful when I tried to find out why it was taking so long. Now that I have my order, I am being bombarded with emails from TomTop nearly every day with no option to opt out. If this does not bother you, or if you have time to wait, by my all means use TomTop, otherwise I'd recommend paying a little bit extra for the time saved and the customer support.

Of late I find tomtop sends low value items and where you have made payment by economise with your points .is being shipped through the cheater and cheaper courier company like bpost. So far I have lost all my 4 orders shipped through bpost courier. You have to waste your money and time and have to wait nearly 3 months to get your refund. STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY START USING ANOTHER SHIPMENT METHOD THAN THE POST. I have bought a camera part at about US$ 200,-. Prepaid, and suposed to have been sent December 20 2017. The track no. did not work, and they did not reply to my e.mails, until I posted my comments here. The goods has now been delivered, after about 3 weeks.
