Also I live in mauritius and the shipping is far from fair as most of the time shipping is twice or 3 times the cost of the item.

I placed an order (my 1st ever) with Tomtop on March22, I received an email indicating my order has been shipped out on March23rd with a Tracking Number (I chose Expedited Shipping), this tracking number ended with "HK". This would normally indicate that it was shipped out using Hong Kong Post, but I decided to ask customer service for an answer. They told me Speed Post which is controlled by Singapore Post. I tried tracking my order several times in the next few days but the tracking number was listed as invalid. I contacted customer service again and asked about the issue I was having with the invalid tracking number error, they told me to wait a few more days. I just received an email yesterday March28th from Tomtop stating my order has been shipped with a new tracking number (DHL), this tracking number finally is valid. It would seem Tomtop are trying to convince their customers that their order has been shipped out by providing them with a bogus tracking number, but in reality the order doesn't ship out for another 3-4 days later. I am pretty sure I wont be ordering from this web site again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. Their prices may be really good but the service and level of trust with the company is at best, questionable.

This has been the worst experience with internet shopping ever and I shop a lot through the internet.
- Compared to other shops the shipping cost is very expensive considering it is shipped from China.
- The item was damages at arrival and the hassle and stalling I have experienced from the company has been horrible even when following requested steps. Fortunately, I took pictures of all steps I could and send them as proof with my emails. The customer service was terrible and they had not idea of what they were doing most of the time.
- I had to pay the return postage myself but this became a case of principle for me so I did it even though I lost money on it.
- The only plus was that I received a full refund.
the shipping is tooo bad . i ordered watch it’s shipping time is 3-5 days bt now more than 1 month i dont received my order yet

Be aware of what is going to happen if it do not work
I bought 2 camera for them and one stop working within 1week I contacted them on many many occasions they took me for a fool.i did that dance for months until I thought I was getting somewhere then they stop reply to any off my messages, it's been almost 1year now I still have the one bad camera and the one good camera. I just trying again to get 2 more with the possibility of losing my money my mind . So if anyone wants to buy from them buy with your own risk..because some of the items do be defected and they will not give you your money back. TBH

purchased LOL dolls and received counterfeit dolls. They offered in the following order to our email complaint;
1) send them pictures (we did)
2) No response
2) second request, refund if we return at our cost (more than purchase)
3) refund of $ 6.00 (order was $ 24.00)
4) refund of $ 12.00 explaining that it was only a $24.00 purchase.
We filed a complaint with fraud division of Canadian government and requesting chargeback on credit card. THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT!!!
Tom Top reached out to me after my one star review and sent me a refund for the dolls.The CHrageback request was canceled to the Credit Card Company. I applaud them for that but it had not been the experience I had expected. They want me to remove my review and they will pay me 500 bonus points but in all fairness to Tom Top and the consumer, I feel I must tell the truth about my experience. I have given an extra star for the refund and hope that future cutomers have a better experience if they receive faulty goods.
Tom Top, if you receive a compaint of couterfiet goods, and you know its true, do not make the customer send multiple emails, pictures, make half price refund offers and other roadblocks. Use the customer satisfaction benchmark of your competitors like Amazon, Ali Express even Ali Baba and Costco, I have returned goods for exchange and refund with all these suppliers and it was always a good respectful experience. My best experience example is Alibaba. I purchased a two way radio that quit working, they paid shipping to China and replaced it with a new one shipped Fed Ex to my home. They lost money but I bough 10 more radios the next order.

I’m updating my previous review as the watch I purchased has now arrived.
Just to let prospective customers know the problems I encountered.
Section 1 – about dealing with company / Section 2 – about the watch
I paid extra for Priority Shipping to get the watch within 3-6 days as per their web site to treat myself for my birthday. This is not possible, deliveries are standard within 15-25 days (allowing for 3 days spare, my watch eventually came on 17th business day, 7 days after my birthday). I've emailed into double figures requesting where is my parcel & can I have my refund, for a service I did not receive, but all I have been offered & issued with are 500 points (I don’t know what that equates to in money terms, not a lot). Contacting this company is frustrating, I sent 6 emails over 5 days with no reply, that’s why I placed my original review on Trustpilot, Ironically within hours of this going live Tomtop replied to me & started replying on a regular basis. I informed them I would up date the review when my watch arrived. So folks if you purchase from Tomtop & if you live in the UK, DO NOT pay for Priority or Expedited Shipping, this is not going to happen & you will not see your money, it’s obviously a con/rouse to get a bit extra out of people, be prepared to wait 15-25 days with the free shipping offered.
The so called tracking system they use is none existent; it is just a signed collect & post system, probably the cheapest DHL offer. You CAN NOT track your parcel, all it did was register the date it was collected at Tomtop, that’s all.
I’ll be honest I thought I’d kissed goodbye to my money (I still have with the postage I’m not getting back) & I have not enjoyed this experience, annoying, frustrated, nervous, just a few feelings you have while waiting over 3 weeks.
Section 2
In case any bodies wondering what watch I was waiting for, it’s a LEM5 Smartwatch.
Typical bloke, I like gadgets, & this is OK, not sure if it was worth the wait.
I did some research & bought the watch on viewing the reviews put on YOUTUBE, they varied on what they thought it is good for, but some were skipping over or blatantly bending the truth. On day to day use the battery life is appalling, I walk the dog at 7.00am, by 1.00pm it’s dead, re-charge by 2.30pm & dead by 8.00pm, & that’s not using any of the functions just checking the time. If you can’t or don’t have facility during the day to charge it, don’t use it.
Go out for a meal with friends & show it off, anything over 5hrs forget it.
There’s up to about 50 watch faces you can change depending on your mood or what you are wearing, which is gimmicky but OK.
The instruction booklet is not instructions of how to set/use everything with the watch functions more information of what is on it. I could not get it to link with my router for love nor money, thank god for YOUTUBE, the watch does not link via wifi as the information booklet says to the router, the watch links to your phone via Bluetooth, then to wifi, (some times), 3/4 minutes then it drops out, & good luck after that.
Gives heart rate
Sport function – No stopwatch & no app available (who does sport without a stop watch)
It’s got a calendar to view, but you can’t do anything with it.
Apps are few/limited, nothing you would really use (already on your phone)
Has Google, but unless you have fingers the size of cats claws to type, forget it.
You can put a sim card in, & use as a phone, why you would want this when we all have phones, plus the key pad digits are to small to type.
You can’t just glance at the face, you have to turn/lift your wrist to get the clock face up to tell the time, after a while your wrist hurts.
Generally ok, more gimmick than smartwatch, could you use it on a regular standard 9hr day to day use NO, I’m only using it now to go out to the pub.

Found what I needed in a reply good price but what I order was not like the origanal and most of them where the same. My 6 year old even said thank you so much mom but they are not the real kind. I guess it's like they say get what you paid for.
Bought a drain inspection camera. Price was good and shipping pretty quick. Had an issue with the cable and was willing to pay for a new one. The customer service is horrible. 15 plus emails back and forth. They kept saying they were on vacation and try again in a week. I will never buy from them again and warn anyone, be cautious bc it is very frustrating to deal with this joke of a company. They couldn’t care less about helping you, once they have your money. They will disappoint if you have an issue with anything you buy.
