This is my FIRST TIME EVER buying from this company!!!! Let me tell you I am extremely impressed!! The packaging for the free accessories was beyond cute and full of useful gifts. The hair was smell free and knots were barely noticeable even tho they weren't bleached, also hair is true to length. I'm never buying from anywhere else. UPRETTY HAIR JUST GAINED A NEW LOYAL CLIENT!!

The delivery was fast, the wig is thick and well made. I haven’t worn the wig as of yet but the lace is also really good.
