Have made several successful purchases. However trying to return the product has been a total hassle. Countless useless emails trying to run down the 30 day clock. First asking for pictures. Then offering discounts, discouraging the return saying you can resell it or give to family and stating a return can be expensive. Offering a low ball $30 refund when I paid over $100 for the wig. Not reputable at all.
I am currently paying for a wig I never received. It apparently was sent to the wrong address by the shipper. Maybe it was a label mix up, but I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled. My package never arrived at my door, I sent a picture to Upretty showing that the package was delivered to an address in North Carolina, however I live in Florida. Upretty did not make a meaningful effort to track down the missing package or provide a replacement to foster good customer service. I corresponded with Upretty and then my emails went unanswered. The biggest issue is that I paid for an item that I never received and was ultimately left without the product or a satisfactory resolution. I understand that shipping problems can happen and may be outside the company’s direct control, but I expected the company to take more responsibility in helping resolve the situation. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again unless there are better safeguards in place for lost shipments and a more helpful process for replacing items that customers have paid for but never received.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company truly earned one. I purchased a wig from Upretty Hair, and I honestly love it so much that I would wear it every day if I could. The quality exceeded my expectations—it looks natural, feels soft, and is incredibly comfortable to wear. The wig was exactly as described, and it gave me so much confidence the first time I put it on. I've received several compliments, and people were surprised to learn it was a wig. My shopping experience was smooth from beginning to end, and I would absolutely purchase from Upretty Hair again. In fact, I'm already looking forward to buying more styles. If you're on the fence about ordering, I can genuinely recommend giving them a try.
The wig was not the one advertised. They advertised a wig with a side part, the one I received is parted in the middle. They refused to exchange it and only offered me a $25 refund. They told me to get someone to fix it and to comb it and style it. The problem is, the part is permanent and can't be changed. I hate this style. The wig cost $89. Please don't order from these people because they are crooked and you may not get what you ordered. The models that they use are generic photos that are used by all in the business. Be careful you might get tricked!
I’ve tried several units from Upretty Hair and the quality is always top-tier. No bad smells, great texture, and very affordable. This is the only vendor I get my hair units from now.
The wig looks nothing like pictures. I want a refund they offered me 15 for a 98 dollar wig. They won't tell me how to return it. It stank

The hair itself was pretty but that STRONG FISHY SMELL, from opening the package is so disgraceful and no one wants to wash a bob style wig after opening it for the first time. We prefer to have the luxury of wearing it a few times without the offset of such a STRONG FISHY WIG.

The hair is amazing and feels very. The only thing I will say is the cap size of the wig is smaller than the usual as i believe i have a big head
